We stopped here during a long cycle ride around the Utrecht area. The Cafe/Pub is a lovely little place that serves traditional Dutch fare at good prices. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere relaxed. I ordered lunch and was thoroughly impressed by the quality and timeliness of the food.Interestingly, many of the table tops are covered in thick carpet. It seems strange to me but may be a local tradition. That aside, if you need a decent pub lunch whilst out and about this is just what you need. Thank you to the staff who were polite and efficient.

Good value for money but the choice in sushi could be much better. Service could be a little better too ordered drinks were not served!

Fantastic located near the water, Dudockx Bar & Kitchen is a great location for a wonderful lunch, dinner or drink with friends and family or your business relations. Delicious food and fine wines in our pleasant restaurant, or on our renewed terrace. Als
From the location, ambiance, the good taste, perfect presentation and professional service I couldnât ask for more. It was the best culinary experience for me in my many trips to Netherlands. The price is very reasonable and for the good taste and beautifully presentation of the dishes, it was perfect. We definitely would come back. This is the place for fine dining with a good view of the lake.

We had a cosy board meeting over a 4 course dinner (the April menu) yesterday evening, 7 guests. As I do not drink alcohol I had to stick to sparkling water and a beer (Warsteiner) without alcohol, both very average standard quality, so nothing special. Water was refilled all the time without ever asking if I wanted any more...?? Strange....Amuses first-- only colourful but cumbersome. And some soup in a nearly empty bowl with a melting stick in it... even more strange....Next: Starter with a little steak tartare was without any taste, and a very overcooked langoustine positioned next to it. Plus awfully tasting salts, bitters and other palates on my plate. Aaaawgh!Next course kind of 'roasted?' roastbeef slices with all kinds of slimy stuff next to it, meat not tender at all. I left it on my plate. Nobody asked why, the waiter just took it away... Dessert very sweet strawberry 'everythings' but without any fantasy - I left it again on my plate, taken away by the waiter without a word. Strange. Never went to such a restaurant without being asked how it tasted...Bad tea, bad choice, bad bonbons too -- well you could have predicted thatAnd all those 'amuses' - looking nice but very impractical, melting and breaking.Anyway, we had good conversations. I came home, told my wife and was very hungry, she cooked for me and 1000 times better than this restaurant. Not recommended and no stars certainly. And I have been to many places on this planet, read my other reviews...No more Koosje in Loenen aan de Vecht for me although picturesque with its narrow streets and ample parking places - and nothing I ate yesterday recommended

We had fresh sole, prepared just as we like it. The restaurant is staffed with primarily disabled people and that did not hamper the service a bit. Good house wine, not expensive. Very much worth a visit.

Went here with 10 people after a full day of meetings. Although everyone ordered something different, they managed to create a very nice dining experience for us all: with small dishes in between. Nice food, nicely presented and staff (server) was excellent, explaining all dishes to everyone individually. Excellent evening!

Iâve been going here for 4 years now, and I have always found it to be consistent. The staff are always friendly and attentive.Theyâve updated the ordering since I last visited, so you can order as you want from a Samsung tablet at your table which is a nice improvement. For new people looking to check this place out, it is a fixed price menu, and you get to order from around 80 dishes in rounds. 5 dishes per person per round, that varies from side dishes to rolls, noodles, rice and grilled food. Iâve never managed to eat the full amount of food you are actually allowed to order!Food always comes quite quickly and not too far apart from each other. It is made to order for the most part, so cooked dishes come hot, instead of completely pre made and left to sit on a heater. If you are planning on going, you may want to check if you can reserve a table. Every time Iâve been it has been busy, regardless of the day.Overall itâs good food for the price.

They used to have a michelin star.
The restaurant is located in a residential neighborhood of Hilversum and has been in a family business for 35 years. The Chardonnay was of high quality and served at the correct temperature. The fare that needed warmed constantly was placed on small stoves that kept the food warm throughout the two hour meal. The house was full for dinner so the service was really kept stepping keeping everybody happy. The food was spiced lightly but enough for good savoring. This is a bright light of Indonesia in the middle of the Netherlands.

Romantisch en knus restaurant direct gelegen aan de Loosdrechtse plassen, goede internationale keuken maar ookregionale gerechten. Goede bediening, ongedwongen sfeer
De Eend, calls themself a "brasserie". Well, that is, what is says (for the Dutch). A limited menu, with of course various duck dishes. Both the design of the restaurant and the service is a bit farmer style. Not very sophisticated, but efficient.

We went to Mojo Japanese Kitchen for a celebration with friends and family. The waitress explained how the ordering system worked. Orders are placed on an iPad at the table and the plates are then brought to the table. She explained that any uneaten food is charged for, we thought this was fair enough and presumably is to avoid food being ordered and not even tried. The food was fresh but for me the novelty of ordering via the iPad wore off quite quickly. We made sure we didnât over order to make sure we didnât waste anything. A few very small items were left, not whole dishes, a prawn, some rice and an asparagus spear. When the bill came we were charged extra for leaving these items, that is absolutely ridiculous. What if someone doesnât like a dish at all? How can you penalize someone for not liking something theyâve ordered? I would not recommend this restaurant.
