The town is located about 20 kilometres (12 mi) northwest of Amsterdam in the Randstad metropolitan area, north of the North Sea Canal very close to the North Sea coast. We went there without any expectations and got really surprised. Ella made us feel very comfortable and the food was awesome! The concept of changing cook and menu for each evening makes this place special and lovely. We would definitely recommend to spend a dinner at âBe my guestâ!!!

This is perfectly located restaurant with special atmosphere. Food is a bit assorted and not big offer but you can for sure find something you like. Staff was willing to explain food and drinks. We tried local fish, home made pasta and peking duck. All perfect. We tried also special varieties of jenever gin. Really tasteful. Worth to visit.Thanks for your kind words and we look forward to seeing you again!

Our Berner was allowed inside so that is a big plus from us. The food was very good, I loved my Carpaccio starter. The service could have been better but considering there was only one waiter for all of the restaurant it was quite understandable. We had a great dinner and would not hesitate to come back.

Voor een zuiderling,best moeilijk om een goede keuken te vinden,in het westen van het land.Na een dag werken is het fantastisch,om eens een ouderwetse paardenbiefstuk,te eten.Hierna nog diverse malen hier wezen eten,ik veronderstelde al, dat deze kok goede kwaliteiten had.Ben er achter gekomen,waar deze meneer gewerkt heeft.Beverwijk hij moet zich aanpassen,maar als je hem zijn gang laat gaan.Probeer nu eens wat anders, als die sate,maar die is natuurlijk ook ok.

This is definitely the place to be if you like fine dining, fish and a homey atmosphere. We had the 7 course menu combined with a nice bottle of Patrick Piuze Chablis. You sensed that each course was made with a lot of love and passion. We will come back for sure!

So enjoyed everything about the experience...from sitting next to the electric fireplace in comfy chairs to enjoying the company of the restauranteur herself whom I noticed made it a point to greet & chat with everyone. Was lucky the night was not busy as she spent a good amount of time with a glass of wine at our table, speaking English as well, a most interesting person indeed! I would return just to chat with her. The menu was not overwhelming but offered spectacular choices. I understand the menu changes, a real chef's dream, to create with the seasons or availability. Every course was delicious and it was true dining with no rush. There is a large patio which I imagine gets a lot of use in the warmer months. This was the only restaurant I went to in Beverwijk; it was the right choice and I would return again!

This restaurant has a nicely laid out interior, well decorated and has a very large terrace area outside on the footpath. Although the view from the terrace may not be very special, the layout and seating is comfortable and creates a good atmosphere (especially when the weather is good).The concept of the menu here is similar to eating tapas. The menu has a good choice of hot and cold dishes on it, which includes some unusual but very tasty specials as well. The âshared diningâ idea is that you choose 2 or 3 dishes per person and share them, however you can also eat them yourself in the traditional manner of a âstarterâ and a âmain courseâ (as we did). We personally found that 2 dishes per person plus a dessert were sufficient.The waitresses were all very friendly and the food was well presented. Although the dishes are not particularly cheap, the quality and taste was very good.I would certainly recommend this restaurant, especially as itâs (tapas) concept makes it a little different from the rest. We will no doubt return again.

This restaurant is an absolute must in Beverwijk. Friendly ambience and staff.The menu is regularly changing and the pricing is always very moderate, nice wines and good draft beers.We go there with the whole family and always enjoy it.During the weeknd hoewever reserving a table is an absolute must as it is always packed.
