This is another new place in town. The food is excellent, varied, different and well worth investigating. The location is stunning. Beautifully sat beside the river Amstel one can overlook the boats floating by AND enjoy a great meal.They are still trying to find their forté so they are changing things, improving things, adjusting things. All for the better - and far better than the other places in the vicinity.

They don't HAVE to! The word-of-mouth does it's work perfectly here. (So why do I need to compliment them here?)Classic, traditional Italian restaurant with all the dishes you may expect. Quality I find to be excellent and the prices are more than reasonable.The owners cook and serves and are assisted by some of the local teenagers looking for a weekend job and it is friendly - you feel at home instantly.It CAN be a little crowded there on Fridays and Saturdays so ... CALL to make a reservation!

Well, Uithoorn is not the most sexy place in the neighbourhood. We have been advised about this restaurant and finally appreciated. Meals are well prepared and good. We were positively surprised. I guess in the summer you can be close to the canal on the terrasse and that should be nice.

We had been told about this restaurant by our neighbours love Italian food. It only opened last year and is a really welcome addition to Uihoorn. The service was friendly and efficient, the food is delicious and the wine sublime.We will be coming back.

This is a super ice cream parlour. I know you can buy other things to eat there but..... The service is friendly and the ice cream is wonderful. There is plenty of space to eat indoors on a cold day and lots of tables and chairs outside. However, as it is situated along the Amstel river, I like to eat my ice cream at one of the seats along the marina, so that I can watch the water, boats and ducks etc., especially when the sun is shining. An asset to Uithoorn.

If you want to go somewhere, knowing you can just have a carefree evening with excellent food and awesome staff, this is your place. The staff is really well trained and you can ask them anything while given an detailed answer and amazing hospitality. I have no words but perfection for the food. Everything is made with so much love, and thats exactly the taste of every dish. Next time, because there definitely will be a next time (and next, next and next time) we will try the tasting menu, as itâs multiple courses. The food is so awesome so why not (almost) have it all? Till next time lovely people. I had an amazing evening and you contributed to that big time!!Well thank you very much! This made us blush ;) Were very happy you enjoyed your evening so much! Shamefully have only just tried this restaurant out after living here for 3 years. Delicious Greek food, good Greek wine list (particularly the different Boutaris) and seating outside beside the Amstel river. What more could you want on a summerâs evening! Am planning to return frequently.Donât be put off by the pictures of the food on the website - it is soooo much better!

The best spare ribs in Europe, maybe the world! With such a great chef in the kitchen it wasnât a big surprise the food was so delicious but it exceeded our expectations, such a beautiful place with wonderful service and friendly staff! Highly recommended, 5 stars and will be back again without a doubt.

This restaurant has a great terrace overlooking the Amstel - enough shade when sunny and heaters when the weather starts to turn cooler. A very pretty location.Looks nice inside too, with good music.Service is pleasant and patient (they had to return several times to take our orders because we were chatting so much!)The food is good - a nice uitsmijter (with bacon!) and excellent cheesecake.

Very nice place to be, room only for a 20 to 25 people. Informal, very good food and nice wines. Fantastic view over the river Amstel and with nice weather the terrace is an option.
