Reviewed By lerrydStaff were warm, helpful and accommodating. Nice location. Train, Metro was just a few minutes walk from the place. Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment and it was truly comfortable for the four of us. You can also request an extra pillows. Lobby area is very nice as well.

Reviewed By armosoffJust "Bed&", no breakfast :) Yes, there are places around for morning coffee, yet. While yes, just to sleep it is fine. Not great - sounds from corridor are sneaking inside. No cleaning, despite of COVID is down, and even though - floor in the room was dirty at arrival. Yet, while other places around was way high in price - this is the best choice.

We are BOAT&CO, an aparthotel at the waterfront in the Amsterdam Houthaven. We are casual, yet sophisticated. You’ll find us close to the historic city centre, in an up and coming area full of design, good food and forward-thinking entrepreneurs. The area is under development and rapidly transforming. Hotspots such as the Westerpark and the Jordaan are just a bike-ride away.
Excellent facilities in a convenient position a short bus ride from the city centre.

Reviewed By 702jzIf your policy is to only clean a room 1x in 10 days, it not strange that the bed is full with bugs ("silverfish") and having to ask to empty garbage or change tools is not nice or okay. And after eating 11 days exactly the same breakfast it's ......

Reviewed By OscarmeijShower was dirty and bycicle broke down on the other side of Amsterdam. Staff didn’t really helped out with bycicle issue. It was more that we are lucky we didn’t got a bill for it instead of our safety. All the rest was good.

Reviewed By Sajoplin2Highly recommend staying at this apartment hotel. I will come back on my next business trip The apartment was spacious. It had all the amenities I expected. The kitchen was equipped so I could cook with comfort. The area is quiet and you do not hear any of your neighbors. The front desk was helpful and resolved any issue I had. The location was perfect for me, short train ride to the airport, 10-15mins tram to the center of town, major train station was in walking distance. There is a close by supermarket and nice cafes and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay very much. I only had one small issue - the cleaning service is once a week and on my second week the cleaners forgot to leave me toilet paper, they left some dirty rags and I did not feel it was quite as clean as it was the previous cleaning day. but still the bathroom was clean and my towels and sheets were replaced. all in all it was not dramatic, but still noticeable.

Hotel quiet, clean and just what we required. Lovely touch leaving balloons and wine in room as celebrating wife’s birthday. Had meal in hotel one evening and very good. Staff friendly and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us.

Reviewed By BrycevanBalenWe stayed multiple times in multiple apartments here and they are all awesome. One a bit more comfortable then the other but that depends on what you spend. Hartger and his wife are very friendly and helpful, they helped us out on multiple occasions. The rooms have their own kitchen and fridge and all basic needs are available. Beds are super confy and the location is perfect in the middle of the towncenter. If you drive a car Hartger has parking licenses for rent so you can park close by. Thanks for everything! Would love to come back once in the future. Bryce
