Things to do in Tripoli
This is a hidden gem once you discover you'll become a regular there! The place is tucked away between EL Mina buildings on Groupie roundabout so you will need to ask around if this is your first time. Trust me, it's worth it! For around 30 USD you will get a set menu of all kinds of mezza dishes plus the catch of the day. The place does not have shisha but they will accommodate your request if you would like one. If you are a large group of 20, you can request that the whole place be booked for you only. You can purchase alcohol and play whatever music you would like. The place also has a TV and AC's for when it's too cold/hot.
Everything fresh and natural. Daily white grouper, baby barracuda, red mullet, sea bream. Simply grilled or fried. Sashimi, marinated raw fish, garlic-lemon sauce sauteed shrimps , octopus - calamari in sour sauce, own-ink boiled cuttlefish. Very simple family restaurant. George the fisherman, mother the cook, son takes care the rest.I explored by chance, when I was staying for long term, at few hundred meter distant hotel. It is in Anfeh (Enfeh) . I ate at several fish restaurants in different towns in Lebanon. For me, Georges Al-Dayaa's is the best.Last words, definitely Mediterranean-Lebanese.

I visited this restaurant many times.. The quality & taste of the food are excellent.. The staffs are very friendly.. The most important that they provide the traditional sweets of tripoli & the seasonal fruits for free.. When you will visit Lebanon never miss the chance to go to tripoli & get your traditional Lebanese lunch here.
Since 1881, Rafaat Hallab 1881 SAL has been gratifying their customersâ gourmet fantasies with the most delicious homemade oriental pastries. Still improving on the legacy of the past, Rafaat Hallab 1881 SAL pastries are now a reference in Lebanese sweets
Wonderful place to have an afternoon traditional Lebanese coffee & dessert.Loved it and enjoyed being there
A very nice restaurant. Nice ambience, decoration is well made that reflects history and culture of Tripoli. Food are Lebanese classical, but can find some great signatures of Tripoli. Service is welcoming and attentive, just typically a Lebanese hospitality with a generosity of Tripoli people.Prices are fair and worth it.Recommended!

The best place I've had "Fatah" and "Foul".Requested different variations of "Foul" and they were able to accommodate. In the past, they used to get bread directly from the bread-shop next door as it came out of the oven; on this occasion, if we wanted straight from the oven bread, we needed to get it ourselves...which was not an issue for us.

Arguably the best restaurant in North Lebanon. Beautiful view, great food, impeccable service and friendly owners. The kitchen goes the extra mile to find the right tweak that would make the dish awesome. Can't wait till I go back again.

Akra is an old family business that serves traditional Lebanese breakfast. Today, Akra tops the must-visit list of Tripoli, Lebanon. Experience an authentic breakfast with an original taste before you start your day off in the city!
If you havenât try Fatteh and hummus yet in Tripoli. Consider Akkra on your list to do. They have many locations in Tripoli, perhaps my advice is if you are a tourist visit the one in the old souk. It is in the old Tripoli market, and their first location. If you are Lebanese or you know Akkra, koura street has the best environment and employees. I havenât sit in this time, rather ordered to go at my friends office. So delicious and authentic food. It is really the best hummus you will have ever. Highly recommended.

Been there several times. All their plates are large and very tasty.Very difficult for one person to order starter & main dish as they are very generous in food qty served.Price is very good Location near Tripoli and many resorts Today I was at the restaurant and loved the new âGourmet Pizzaâ which had mangos on it.Hot bread served complimentary with olives which is a nice Lebanese touch.Highly recommended Be careful on Holidays and Sundays itâs usually full so need reservations.
