We had the best waitress, (Katie)who understand how important it is to get refills, the right pizza order and to help with people who are there from out of state. Last time I was here I kept ordering pizza only to have to gone by the time I got up to the buffet. ( I have an allergy, so I have to be picky.) Katie brought me three pieces of the pizza I ordered and took the rest to the buffet! Thank you so much because I finally got to eat my favorite pizza here, which was delicious. I also was able to eat the taco pizza beacause it did not have my allergy item. The dessert pizza was delicious also! Great place to stop if Katie is your waitress.

While traveling through Dunn, NC, we stopped by Arthur's for dinner. Their menu is quite extensive, ranging from full dinners, pizza, sandwiches, subs, calzones, Greek meals, salads, and much more. We ordered a meat lovers pizza, which was good. The staff is friendly and service good. Prices are definitely affordable. Cash or credit, with plenty of seating & parking. Hope this helps with your first visit.

I have used this Dominos for carryout on several occasions. Each time, the food has been ready within 15 to 20 minutes of ordering over the phone, and the quality of the ingredients is very good. Customer service here seems to be pretty good. I would definitely recommend based on my experience.

I called this morning to place an order for a party I am hosting for my children. There is expected to be at least 45 people in attendance. When I woke up this morning I figured I would place the order early to have it delivered by a certain time. Brittney was the one who answered my call and when I told her I needed to place an order for delivery she places me on a 2 second hold to come back and tell me they have no drivers. I asked her to reiterate the fact I can't place an order because they have no drivers and she replied yes that's right. When I informed her that I have a large, expensive order, she then is willing to help but I was already in process of hanging up. I give it 2 hours before the start of the party to try to place the order again. Brittney answers the phone again. Upon answering the phone she places me on another hold then hung up. I called back. She asked if she could place me on hold abs I said as long as I don't get hung up on again. She goes to elaborate on why and how she hung up explaining that she had another call and "accidentally" hung up on me. My thing is IG you can not operate the phone correctly someone who can needs to be answering and taking orders. I then ask her for her managers information and she complies and gives it to me. Upon calling their district manager Ted and his boss Steve, my order is still not placed and I still have 45 people arriving with no food to eat. I do not have the time to prepare such an elaborate meal and do not feel I need to when places like this exist for "customers" I will never eat at this pizza hut again and if my friends and family ask for a reference I will gladly point them to the frozen food section at food lion or Walmart since this establishment does not want to conduct business. Worst experience ever and still have not heard from their management regarding this matter. Seems to me they need new management and employees that are capable and actually care about their job and want to work.

We were staying at the hotel across the street and decided to go get dinner. We were originally headed elsewhere until we spotted this restaurant. We gave it a try and are so glad we did. Everyone was super nice. The food was delicious. Between the four of us, we had pizza, pasta, Cesar salad and a Greek salad. They hard a large variety of food that they offered. I definitely recommend this place, and we can't wait to come back.
