I donât usually take the time to write reviews but this place was so bad I feel I need too. The staff seemed troubled to have to do their jobs. Our daughterâs food came ten minutes earlier than ours. Mine arrived cold and with disgusting tomatoes. See attached photo. Donât waste your time going here. There are many more wonderful places in town to eat.

Located in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, Anthonyâs Italian Restaurant offers the best in Pastas, Hot and Cold Subs, Pizza and traditional Italian cuisine. A great place to stop by after riding the Great Smoky Mountain Train or Whitewater Rafting on th
The place was full of contradiction. We had lunch there in the early afternoon. We were seated outside and the environment is nice there, to start with. The menu is sufficient and traditional. The food was ok. However, the service was kind of strange. It took time, it was not clear who is serving us. Some mistakes have been made. It seemed to us that the staff was in chaos - or siesta. All in all a medium experience

A Steakhouse with Southern Comfort Foods. Enjoy your lunch with a great steak or a lite salad or one of our tasty sandwiches.
My husband & I sat out by the river and ate our dinner. VERY nice atmosphere, and the food was exceptional!! I had a burger topped with jalapeño pimento cheese and my husband had their signature 1101 Smokehouse burger. Everything was first class! Service was great. The waitress was friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. We will be back. Next time I want to try the ribeye. Yumm. Thank you for your review.

Nice tables outside by the Nantahala River. Nice fairly big selection of local craft beers. The tostidos and salsa were average and the queso was way too salty, but the Black Currant Gose from a brewery out of Highlands, NC was phenomenal. The beers aren't cheap though-About $6 a piece! The live music could've been a little better the night we were there but still a good atmosphere.

Located at the intersection of the Appalachian Trail and the Nantahala River, River's End Restaurant has been serving hikers, paddlers and everyone in between since 1972. From delicious trout cakes and New York style pizza to hand-pattied veggie burgers a
We ate here at our layover on the great smoky mountains railroad train ride. We had the supreme pizza and Greek salad. The pizza was nothing short of AMAZING....the salad was really really good and our waitress, Abbie was phenomenal! Super sweet and made sure we were well taken care of! We will DEFINITELY be back here!!!
