Stopped in before work for some lunch! Not super impressed with how you order an the way the meal is. Let explain if you order a sandwich or burger you donât get French fries or chip you have to pay extra for them ! But the food is good ! I had the roast beef melt an it was very good!

Went in thinking it was the same lunch sandwich shop. Must have change hands and is an upscale Crepe specialty place. Food was very good service pleasant and fast. menu had adequate selections (Tryon is small town and its tough with low traffic) to offer large menu. Bottom line I am not a great crepe lover and usually don't spend 40,00 for two for lunch. Its a nice place but it will be for special event with company who like crepes.

Sky Lounge is located at least the 3/4 mark to Chimney Rock Mountain. Access is by the park's elevator or the connecting stairways to all the observation points. The menu is wraps0-turkey, chicken, roast beef-sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, snacks, hot pretzels along with soda drinks., There is a separate ice cream stand. All tables are outside-6. From the tables a visitor can enjoy a view to the south of Lake Lure. With only the small number of tables I recommend a lunch around 11:00 as this area rapidly starts to fill up with visitors. Inside the lounge is small souvenir/gift shop & rest rooms. Handicapped visitors are welcomed through the elevator. Prices & service are reasonable. For a quick lunch & view of the southern region the deli is recommended.

This was our first visit here and we will believe back. Friends had recommended it and I am glad they did! Instead of waiting for a table which would have been a half hour or more, we opted for a window stool.I had the Greenhouse which consisted of:potato hashcake, herbed goat cheese, roasted veggies, egg, gruyere, avocado, dill & creamy basil sauce. It comes in a small skillet and was the perfect size and was delicious! My husband got the quinoa bowl which had seasonal roasted veggies, miso broth, egg, avocado, roasted tomatoes, creamy basil sauce.Give it a try because you will not be disappointed.
