We offer Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and Sushi. Lunch special Monday-Saturday between 11 am-3 pm. Every Tuesday, we offer 20% off on all of our sushi.

This very small restaurant tucked in a shopping area of Paragon Parkway, offering a wide selection of Japanese, Thai, Chinese and Sushi dishes. They do a big take-out business with few tables inside, you order at the counter. The place is clean and the food is very fresh. My favorite dishes are : Super Crunchy roll with shrimp, avocado, cucumber, fish eggs and eel spicy sauce, very tasty as well as the Rainbow roo which is a California roll topped with salmon or tuna, In the Thai area the special Thai fried rice and the chicken and shrimp red curry, very good also. Keep up the good work will be back many times!

I was here visiting family and was craving something other than veggies and decided to get sushi. I staff was friendly and quick. I only have 1 complaint and that was that i ordered fried oysters and sushi and asked for cocktail sauce and extra shrimp sauce (yun yum sauce) and they said it was in the bag for my to go order and got home and it wasn't there. But I would surely go back and try again. Great addition to Waynesville.

Not our first visit to Watami. The food is always good and the service is terrific. They have lots of staff and are attentive to their customers. Only drawback is its a very busy restaurant and so you need to make reservations. It's almost impossible to get seated without a reservation. The portions of the food are excellent and they are served in a very nice presentation.

We go to have time to talk and usually I can tolerate the food. I gave them 2 stars because the fried rice was dry and undercooked as was the white rice. Even the rolls were overlyDry (probably reheated many times). I ended up eating very little. Such a disappointment.
