We looked for reviews on TripAdvisor and were led to this delicious restaurant. Being from Austin, I didnât think it would be good. It was soooo delicious. The chicken soup was absolutely yummy and the quesadillas were very filling and delicious as well. Will definitely be back.

I don't think they have a website, but went to Bryson City and to this restaurant and it was soooo good, I had to review it. I was surprised to see there was no listing.
This is where we ate our first night into town. The menu selections were plentiful and the margarita was good. This is also one of the few restaurants that stays open late-and they were still just as welcoming to us as if we'd arrived at regular dinner time.

Horrible servers & owners... makes everything horrible! We were multiple families with kids went to eat there. We asked them politely if we could add/subtract certain ingredients to our orders, and their reply was ofcourse. After we placed our orders, it all came out horribly wrong. We discussed this situation with the owner, and he has blamed us for ordering food outside the Menu. We requested things from menu, and that order also wasn't as described. Finally, we asked for some rice for 1 year toddler which was denied. The excuse was that they ran out of rice at a Mexican restaurant. Never ever again.

I expected more from this restaurant though I have no idea why. A colleague said it was fairly new. The decor is colorful and festive. The wait staff is nice and efficient and friendly. The menu can only be described as eclectic based on the usual Mexican fare. It's a very meat-centric menu (think fajitas that include chicken, steak and chorizo in one order, for example). As someone who has traveled extensively and has lived in areas of the country with authentic Mexican food and great Tex-Mex (yes, I've lived in Austin), this food is neither. It feels like an American South version of Mexican with HUGE portions (one entree could feed 2-3 people). I can't say I'm excited to return and try it again. We're sorry that you had a less than stellar experience with us. We'd like a chance to make things right so please try us again!
