We've been here multiple times and this was our second time here for an anniversary dinner. Really can't say enough good about bistro 29. My wife had the Diver scallops which were excellent and I had for the first time ever,Beef Wellington, which was the special that night. The wait staff is always very good and really never had any issue with them the times that we've been there. Wayne and Eugene seem to have it all going on there at Bistro 29. God willing will be back there for another anniversary dinner.

This was our delayed first visit to Perrones, and I am saddened. WHY did I wait so long!In our town, new restaurants stay busy for over a month or more after opening, so we give them some latitude and to make needed adjustments. WHY did I wait so long! I really do not have a good answer. My veal parm was perfect. Just perfect. The breading, if there was any, was not overwhelmingly, but barely detectable. Again, perfect. The sautéed shrimp and garlic was devoured, and, yes, a perfect blend of garlic and olive oil. Oh. My. Their pastas were prepared with love and far from being what I would term âtoothyâ - excellence in pasta.Their little rolls are home made and taste as such. Taramisu. Yumm. Yummmm. Enough said.Expect a wait, long or short, as the place is not large, is lively, and full of chatter.Do also expect a fantastic meal. Do. Go.

The only good thing I can say is the crust was good. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a calzone with pepperoni. We wanted to have a really good authentic pizza. All I can say is this was not a really good pizza. There were about 10-12 pieces of pepperoni on the pizza with cheese and the most bland sauce we have had. Tasted straight out of the can. Not much cheese. Same goes for the calzone. A little italian spice would of doctored up the can sauce at least. Really tasted as if the least amount of work was put into these. In fact it was so tasteless, we will never return.

I'm Italian, both my parents from Italy, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Food was great from the Anti-pasta to the main meal and dessert. Portions were plentiful and the food was very authentic. Service was great, and the owner came out to check on us and visited for a while. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
