The dining room is relatively small and open, but the food is wonderful. No fancy cuisine, just excellent, basic, southern country cooking. The staff are very friendly, the prices are good, and there is an abundance of parking.

Argy's Diner is only open for breakfast and lunch, but so great at both. Traditional 50's diner motif and family run. It's the diner where "everyone knows your name" (sorry for the "Cheers" reference, but true) You're made to feel like a part of a family. Food is made in front of you and fresh by the owner. Value is great, and always try the specials for the day!

Sometimes it's nice to just step back in time and reminisce. I got this feeling when I entered the Boston Sand. Shop. There was ample booth and table seating. The only comforting noise came from people enjoying casual conversation. The waitresses were attentive and provided fast friendly service. Pricing was spot on. Food prepared as asked. In paying for my food I was thanked for coming in. It helps to have been born before Hardee's and McDonalds or the age of fast food. A time when pride was exhibited for the job you did, and the service you gave to customers. A place like the TV sitcom Cheers, "A place where everyone knows your name." Boston Sandwich Shop you want be disappointed.

Pano's Cafe is a small family run restaurant in the heart of Burlington. They have been there for over 25 years. Home cooked food at great prices...2 eggs, bacon (three slices), grits and toast $3.10. Really??? Yes. The waitresses even will remember your name if you come in even once a month and they remember your drink order too. We love going there!
