Came here for bbq. It is delicious! Butterbeans, fried squash and okra, hush puppies were wonderful. We will be back!Loved it so much we bought the t-shirt.

I like going to this location because it is easy to access and the Barbecue is just right. Theyâve got the Barbecue and all the fixins. I appreciate their service here to. It is very friendly and professional. They take the time not only to get your order right but to ensure that you are getting the best value and having an opportunity to taste their best.I donât know how they do it but they deliver this personal time without slowing down the line. Not that slowing down would be a bad thing in this restaurant. It is tastefully decorated with plenty of room in the dining area and at the tables. The interior and exterior are kept neat and clean.Mmmmmm! That barbecue is gooood! The chicken is hot and tasty. We enjoyed their hush puppies and slaw too. Sweet tea is right on! The best of the best is the Moore's sauce - let me tell you - it makes your mouth come alive! Moore's is world class Mmmmm!

I like this place enough to have eaten here more than once, but it is usually not my first choice. It has a good selection of meats and combination platters. I have had the Pork BBQ and Beef brisket, and both are good, but the weighed portions, served on paper plates with plastic fast food type utensils are a little underwhelming. If you are headed west, I would make my way to Kinston for better Barbeque restaurants. Ken's or Kings easily beats this Texas BBQ and are cheaper. If you are headed east, wait for the seafood.
