Showmars has served the Carolinas with fresh, made-to-order food in a casual and family friendly environment since the Independence Boulevard location first opened its doors in 1982.
Went for early dinner. Quick line, great staff, great food, always hot, always good. Very quick to the table with it. Staff constantly check on you at the table if not too busy to make sure everything is good. Have been here many times and have not been disappointed. Remember your Showmars app on phone, even if you don't use to pay you get points and get "money off" coupons for using at different levels of use.

Have had Mediterranean food at Sassool, Neomande, and Alladin's and Charlie's makes the best baba ghanoush. Intense smokey flavor with bits of roasted eggplant. The chicken kebabs are excellent as well. Because we enjoyed the food so much, we actually ate there two nights in a row. Ordered take out rather than dine in.
