We loved having brunch at this fine restaurant! The noise level was pretty high, but we managed that by sitting in a corner of the room, away from two large parties. The patio beckoned, but heat and humidity kept us inside. The salads and sandwiches were terrific - particularly the unusual Croque Monsieur and a yummy French dip. Service was prompt and friendly. We recommend Brasserie du Soleil highly!

The first night we sat at the bar and enjoyed wonderful service and a top notch farm to table meal. Fred was amazing!The second night we returned with a crew of 8. All were impressed with the fresh beautiful presentations of food all sourced locally.The space is beautiful with wonderful art and ambience.

Located in the Old Cotton Exchange in downtown Wilmington, great setting and great food. Authentic German food, served with all the tradition you would expect. Moderately priced. This is a good value for families.
