This restaurant is really part of Surf City and is close to Hwy 17 & 210 in the Harris- Teeter shopping center. We ordered takeout for dinner. For appetizers, the Egg Rolls were small, but ok in taste, and the Ribs were very good -3 nice size ribs & 1 small one (should have given 2 to compensate for size). The Pork Fried Rice was very good w/ plenty of large pieces of pork. The sauce for fried dumplings was spicy hot instead of soy type, so be careful if you don't like spicy. I had a small order of shrimp & lobster sauce, which was excellent & the portion was just right. My wife had Pork Lo Mein which she said was a little "pasty" but to me it had an excellent flavor. My real criticism is all food was served in styrofoam containers which did not seal well & sauces leaked out into bag while driving home. Way to easy to lose entire meal. Next time I will request different take-out containers.

Restaurant is next to the Food Lion grocery store in Hampstead, so after shopping I thought I'd pop in & try it for lunch.First impression was that the outside and the inside looked messy & dirty. Should have left, but gave it a try with their $5.50 lunch special of chicken chow mein with pork fried rice & soup OR egg roll.Soup was served in a Styrofoam cup with plastic spoon & a packet of crispy noodles. It was hot & tasted so so.The chicken chow mein came on a real plate with a plastic fork & another packet of noodles. After digging around I found about 3 thin slivers of white meat chicken among a lot of chinese veggies. Found a few pork pieces in the rice. Asked for a glass of water & got a styrofoam cup with tap water.Food was not horrible, but darn close to it. AND I was charged 20 cents for the cup of water! Needless to say I won't be back.
