Came here with friends after a wedding and it was a quick walk across the street from our hotel. Definitely seemed to be a locals spot. Small tapas menu and averaged prices drinks. Band was good and decor and vibe were definitely cool for a small tucked away spot. Service was quick but there were definitely a few rude and overserved regulars. To be expected at local bars I suppose! Had a good time and it was nice to be within walking distance of our hotel.

We had our team dinner here the weekend before Thanksgiving. They were so wonderful and accommodating for our very large group. Not only did we have about 15 players but we also had the coaches and parents and siblings of the players. They sectioned off an area and seated us. They were so attentive with drinks never being on empty and food coming out in reasonable amounts of time. The food was great, I had brisket tacos, which were AMAZING!! The place was clean and the service outstanding!!

Love this little brewery set in a renovated house. The decor is comfortable and soothing, with both indoor and outdoor seating. They offer a wide range of beer options. The beers that I've had are always good! Reasonably priced for craft beer. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I hate to give negative reviews, but in this case, I have to. First, the restaurant was not crowded, we sat for a good 12 minutes before anyone even came over to take a drink order; since we had plenty of time to check out the menu, we went ahead and ordered our beverages, appetizer and food at the same time. There were 2 adults, a 12 year and 6 year old. Without asking, they brought the 12 year old a child's cup with lid ... that didn't go over well, but it was probably a mistake so we ordered a regular beverage. The appetizer came out fair quickly, but it was just chips and queso so nothing that had to be prepared. Salads came out - ok and decent. But here is where things start to unravel... we waited and waited and waited... although the waitress kept walking by our table with other food, an hour later, the manager came over to inquire how it was going. My husband said, "well, I'm not sure, we've been waiting for over an hour" -- she said, "well that is our fault, we forgot to put your order in, but your food is coming up soon. We are going to give you a 10% discount." So if the drinks and appetizer got in, how did the food order get lost? The steaks had a good flavor, but the ribs were iffy. The mashed potatoes were just OK. The 6 year old ordered mac n cheese, but it had a weird taste and she wouldn't eat it. After we started eating, the waitress brought out rolls ... not sure where they had been all this time, but they finally arrived. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed, but again, the restaurant was not crowded. Maybe 20 people total when we arrived. I did notice that the Hostess (a guy) was also pulling duty as a bus boy. It was not a pleasant dining experience.Hi. I apologize for your poor experience in our Mooresville location. We strive to exceed your expectations and we obviously fell short of that. Please submit your contact information at sagebrushsteakhouse.com so the Regional Director can reach out to you. Thank you for your feedback as it is always important to us. Christine

Stopped here last night for dinner with friends plus a few drinks and all were happy. We ordered the tuna appetizers plus the mahi tacos and 3 French dip sandwiches which were good as well. The only thing I would suggest to the kitchen would be to grill the hoagie style roll and maybe use a lighter one(too much bread) otherwise our drinks and food were very good.As far as the French fries go,no one has better fries than lake Norman tavern and I mean no one!!We order them extra crispy.Very hard working staff here as well,Evette was our server and kept our drinks coming.Bring a roll of quarters if you have kids and let them play all the machines while you relax! We went early for dinner before a movie on a Saturday and discovered their early dinner menu which is offered 5:00-6:00. There were some great values on the menu. I had the grilled salmon with mashed potatoes for $13. It was well prepared, tasted very good and represents an incredible value at the price. Their deviled eggs are also terrific. A good dining option in the Langtree complex.

Traveling through and stopped here to eat dinner. I was disappointed in the menu as they offered only one type of steak that was overpriced and I love wings but they were way overpriced almost $1.55 a piece! The unsweet tea was old tasting and probably a fresh tea hadn't been made in two or 3 days. I got the hamburger with mayo, lettuce & tomato and it came as a good size burger but with no mayo. On the plate was a white substance that tasted like ranch dressing and I can assure you it was not mayo. The tater tots were cooked crispy just the way I like them. My wife got a salad and she liked it.. probably won't stop here again and can't recommend it for food, maybe for beer and watching a ballgame.

Ghostface Brewing

Ghostface is an excellent microbrewery. They have a wide selection of beers (over 15), spread through all styles. This is becoming rarer as many places concentrate on seasonal types and the most popular styles. They had it all from a Gose to a heavy Stout to an fantastic Pilsner. Some of their beers are flavored (and they balance that very well!) and most are standard syles, all done very well. They sell growlers, half-growlers and crowlers to-go. The bar service can slow down as they can get busy. It is totally worth it. I been there several times, and will definitely be returning.Their food is a New York style pizzeria, though they have an interesting selection of appys. I am from New York, and this is the closest to New York pizza I've had in years. The food is excellent.Extra Note:Less than a mile away is their "Beer Lab". It is an outpost where they offer experimental beers and styles in a simple pub format with outdoor seating. That place is very much worth a stop! I got two 7-beer samplers and only tried half the offerings. Next door is a BBQ place, and their wait staff comes over to take orders and bring your food to you.
