Iâve eaten here many times before and it was always fine but my experience this evening was so horrible that I wonât be coming back. I visited this evening with my husband and our two year old. We placed our order of two pizzas and an appetizer. Appetizer came out fairly quickly but that was the only thing that went well. We waited over 30 minutes and no sign of our pizzas. Our waiter would swing by and drop off drink refills for my husband but no apologies or updates on our food. Finally he comes by and brings us the CHECK and tells us itâs no rush. We hadnât even had our dinner yet. My husband flags him down to tell him as much and he doesnât apologize or even make any sort of indication heâs concerned that itâs been so long and we havenât gotten our food. He goes back about his business. Another ten minutes pass and still no food. I flag our waiter down again to ask when we might expect it and he acted sort of annoyed and said he thought someone mentioned our table but he wasnât sure and he would check on it. Another 5-10 minutes pass and our food finally comes out. My pizza was lukewarm at best and had clearly just been sitting around for a while. My husbandâs pizza was somehow hot so I donât even know what was going on with that. At that point I had waited so long for my food and was so annoyed that I wasnât even that hungry, and definitely not hungry enough to eat a lukewarm pizza. I didnât even bother complaining about it or asking for them to heat it up because I didnât trust that we wouldnât be waiting almost another hour and I just wanted to leave at at point. Our waiter finally comes back and asks if we wanted a box. No inquiry about if our meal was good, which is odd considering the fact that I had basically an uneaten pizza in front of me. No apologies for our food taking a long. This was honestly the worst service and worst restaurant experience I have ever had and I can say that I will not be eating here again.

East asheville blaze not in tripadvisor but have to let management know. We have been to the new east asheville location now twice. First time both my wife and my pizza was hard burned. Whike i appreciate the offer when we came to pickup to remake our pizzas we didnt have time to do so. We ended up eating around the burn and it was ok.Came back today and the staff is not ready for any volume. Shoukd never take 1 hour at a blaze pizza to get your pizza. Customers were notably standing aroundnfrusterated and many were wanting their money back. If we had not already paid we woukd have walked out.Managers at this new location need to traikpn there staff and get. Handle on worming in a fast pace. While the pizza prep side was doing very well and friendly the folks cooking and handing out pizzas were deer in a headlight froze. It was such a state of chaos it was not funny. Imagine the i love Lucy episode with the chocolate candies and they accellerated the belt. That is what happened here. There is only 1 oven there needs to be 2. There was easily 4x to 5x the pies waiting than the oven and staff can handle and there was no more room to place either prepped pizzas nor cooked ones. . Pizzas were beginning to be burned as there was nowhere to set it. Need to have more order in the cooking and dissemenation process was a major cluster and tge 2 primary folks dealing with the pizza handouts were so overwhelmed one of them was freezing in place truly confused with no guidance. Managers should be experienced in handling the flow and training their staff to be able to work effecient and under control. Please ensure this information gets to the correct group and staff. If they do not get this straight this location will indeed fail.
Owned by a neighbor of mine, I love a little late night trip here for take out pie. He's a true Italian and the love is evident in the pie. No disappointments in my book! Crispy, gooey and heavenly. What more could one ask for in a pie?

Stopped in for dinner on Saturday night. They are located in the Laurel Park Shopping Center in Laurel Park not Fletcher. We were greeted by the lady at the front counter. She was very friendly. We placed our order then took a seat at a table. They were not busy. We ordered the Supreme pizza and enjoyed it. The only downside was the mushroom can from a can , I would preferred fresh mushrooms but the pizza still tasted good. We received good service from the staff. The lady who took our order at the front counter checked with us and the other guests to see if we needed anything. When she was busy one of the guys in the kitchen waited on us. They were nice enough to put our remaining pizza in a to go pizza box for us. The restaurant was clean of course it is newly open but you can see they do clean and check the bathrooms. We will go back and try some of the other things on the menu. I would like to see them pick up in business. Thanks for stopping in. A suggestion for your next visit would be the meatball sliders. A house specialtt!

We stopped here based on trip advisor reviews. We were staying in Hendersonville and came to Arden shopping. We had pizza and a sub. Both were great. Service was good. Place was busy at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon, which is a good sign. The vibe is very casual.
