We were visiting friends in Huntersville and wanted to bring dinner. Chinese was suggested and as fate would have it we found House of Taipei! We were very pleased with the service and the quality of the food - this was for takeout. We will definitely eat there again!

There must be 3-4 Chinese places between my house and here. You know on those busy nights you go to the closest place but last night we returned here after many moons away. Hubs had beef and broccoli and I had scallion chicken. Perfectly crispy but tender and just-right heat.

My husband and I arrived at around 12:30 p.m. We were seated promptly, given menus and our drinks arrived right away. Then nothing. The restaurant was not crowded at all. There were only two servers. Our original server was in the back getting carryout orders and the other was busing tables. I looked at him, thinking, "you might want to come and take our order and do that in a couple of minutes," but he doggedly continued. We've been to the Thai House location in Charlotte, which is much, much busier at lunchtime (think full house) and have never had this problem. He eventually did come and take our order. We both got Chicken Kai. I asked for 2 stars hot and my husband asked for 4 stars. When our food came both orders were two stars. The food was delicious and nicely presented. There was no wait for the check. But we'll go to Charlotte next time.

We got take-out from here for the first time this weekend. Everything was very good & the portions were nice. Not a lot of filler in the dishes. Dining room seems nice & they have unending vegetarian options. Will definitely return.

New to the area and looking for some delicious sushi, we came upon Kung Foo Noodle in Birkdale Village-Huntersville, NC. It was absolutely delicious! Their menu includes (to name a few) unique sushi offerings, Poke Bowls, fried rice and noodle dishes, as well as some unique small plates and soups. The service was wonderful, from the host, to the waitresses the would check on us, and the sushi chef! It was a crowded (in a good way) Saturday night and we snagged a spot at the sushi bar, which offered an a birds eye view of their incredible sushi chef making beautiful sushi rolls and poke bowls. We ordered two rolls, the Volcano, and the 1000 Likes (It was the best roll we have every had, hands down) The roll had fresh salmon and Tuna Poke on top...get it! We also ordered the Pad Thai, which was tasty! Great portion sizes, and great quality of ingredients. Highly, Highly recommend. This is our new favorite spot!

We âve seen this place for years, and today, decided to stop in for lunch. What a treat! While the restaurant is nothing fancy to look at, the service was very attentive, the menu is wonderfully varied, and the food was perfectly prepared.We started with Col Cuon, fresh shrimp rolls, and they were light, fresh, and served with a peanut sauce.For lunch, a spicy soup with beef special, and a Pho with chicken and noodles, both were fantastic. On our way out, the manager offered us water or soft drinks to go, âon the house.â Wow! With service and food like this, weâll definitely be back.

When served the food was reasonable. However this "last" trip, no one was interested in serving me! After waiting several minutes I was presented with a menu. After another wait my coffee. Now watching other tables of "4" seat, ordering and refills of coffee; I gave up. The final signal for me was the server walking by me after refilling two other tables coffee mugs. No eye contact as he walked around my table, just indifference.

I went to Sabi for the first time with a friend, based on a recommendation from a mutual friend. We arrived after the dinner rush, so there were a few seats available. They have a well-developed menu and beverage list. The food arrived quickly and was fresh, tender and tasty. The waiter was very friendly and helped us select our meal. The atmosphere was equally welcoming. If you are in downtown Davidson and looking for a good sit-down restaurant, you will not be disappointed here.
