Looking for a place to eat in Bayeux at 15h30? Everything seems closed for the afternoon except this little tea shop. And they have much more than tea. Very good coffee, too. And each of us in our group of four had a delicious lunch, served piping hot and with little wait. Definitely recommend this little place... Buy a teapot while you're there.

Small cafe downtown near our hotel was perfect for a light lunch. The squash soup and open faced sandwiches hit the spot. Great selection of teas and coffee.

Very central location on the main street of Bayeux and we picked it out the night before going for breakfast on our last day. The Croque Monsieur was beautifully cooked and hit the mark, 2 of these plus a coffee each was 22 Euro which was fairly reasonable. Friendly owners, nice food, good central location.

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful restaurant! We were traveling with our family of nine and it was hard to find a lunch spot in Bayeux for our large group. But my daughter and I popped into PAUSE Pressee thinking we would have to buy a take away lunch and instead we were welcomed with smiles and we were led up the little back stairs to a lovely second dining room. Don't be deceived, this little looking restaurant has a second dining room which is WONDERFUL if you are traveling with a group and/ or with little ones. There is a budget priced children's meal, a special of the day, and AWESOME service. The coffee is great too! I hope you will visit this restaurant and and have an extra dessert for me.

Had toasted sandwiches and coffee here for breakfast. Sat outside and enjoyed watching the passing parade. Good location in central Bayeux.
