Reviews on Italian food in Honfleur, Normandy, France. Honfleur, a harbor in Normandy, was popular with Impressionist painters like Monet and Boudin. They found its changing light and picturesque quays inspiring—and even today, if you return to the same spot every day to take a photo, you'll find no two are the same. On Saturday, visit the town's lively market and stock up on local cheese.

We went 3 times during our week in Honfleur and the food was very good every time. The pizzas are excellent with plenty of toppings. The seafood pasta was delicious. The staff were really nice. We especially loved the offer of a limoncello or calvados after our meal. As much as I love limoncello the calvados is fantastic. It really doesnât look much from the outside but really donât let that put you off. Itâs a hidden gem of a place and the food is really delicious.it's a great pleasure. merci au nom de l'équipe Amoretto

What can I say. The waiter did not understand a word of English, and called a colleague to translate. Odd atmosphere I can tell you. Not offered a spoon or parmesan to go with my spaghetti bolognese. No black pepper offered. My partner's pizza was sloppy and the staff don't give a toss. Mind you the French party on the next table, were given nuts and treated like royalty!! Perhaps they were. Would not return.

Four of us went to dine. Menu very limited. Had sang Bol and only one spoon of Bol but the spag seemed to be fresh tagliatelle. Had a charcuterie as a starter. Mistake as it was cut meats out of a supermarket wrapper and some lettuce leaves. will not go back.
Haven't even tucked in, but the ingredients and stack of prepared pizzas waiting for the oven have me drooling! Oh, did I mention the beer while waiting?
