We ended up here for a late lunch and were pleasantly surprised with food we had. Cheese platter, tuna salad, beef tenderloin, roasted duck and chocolate fondue were all equally good. Had 2 breakfasts at Chatuchak cafe while I was a guest at Centara Ladprao. Ate there on 19 Aug and 20 Aug. 19 Aug was ok. Food was well spread and perhaps fresh cos I was there at around 7.30am for breakfast. But 20 Aug was a nightmare. There was this one dish "5 mins eggs". I asked the chef if it was soft-boiled eggs (I love having soft boiled eggs in the morning, with some dash of soy sauce and pepper). The chef said, yes. But when I cracked open the eggs, instead of runny soft yolk, the yolk was hard and solid. I asked a waiter in a nice black jacket to re-do my eggs cos I wanted the egg soft-boiled. He came back a few minutes later with a pair of hot eggs. When I cracked it open this time, it turned out RAW. I had to get the perfect eggs on my third attempt. Quite miserable. Surely a full kitchen can cook eggs well right?The rest of the food was so-so okay. Not something you'd wake up in the morning for, but if it comes with your hotel stay, then just have the essential coffee and porridge. The rest of the menu just isn't worth exploring. To think that a farang in nice black jacket came to observe the food, perhaps on the manager's morning rounds. Well done observing, but next time, try tasting or even cracking a 5-minute egg to see if the yolk runs or stays solid. Do the job well. Customers are watching.

Went with some friends for dinner, it was a Galician Beef promotion, we all love the sirloin bone in, this beef was succulent, can't imagined to find such a famous Galician Beef from Spain in middle of Nonthaburi ( Thailand), wine was good we had few bottles for a very reasonable price below thousand Thai Baht a bottle, service is super dedicated, I will definitely come back !! Easy Italian Restaurant but Luxury. Pasta Fusion Creation Promotion is very good fusion for asia and thai style. Chef created Spaghetti ka moo , Miso fettuccine ,Tori gnocchi ,Panang linguine ,Zappa capellini (Very good spicy thai style) and Massaman lasagna (yummy and juice). I loved every plate and add Capricciosa pizza (Signature menu) that fresh , thin and cryspy. That's sure eat and drink with Prego wine.

This architectural principle apply to any creative venture. We supported the place from the very beginning, because it's charming, nicely (probably a bit over-)decorated, and the owners are nice, hard working people. Generally their efforts deserve success. And success they have. The place, though pricey, not offering Thai food and settled within a Thai environment is surprisingly well accepted by nearly exclusively Thai customers. However, looking back, during our many visits there was not one single occasion we left satisfied. The service is friendly and attentive, the organization very good, but the food is lower than sub-standard, and the menu is difficult to comprehend (Less would be much more!). The central problem of their system is, everything is about decoration, whereas taste and useful arrangement of the food seems to be secondary. I don't want to go into great detail, as we don't want to hurt the business of these nice and brave people, but we give two well-intended advice if they want to become a good restaurant, instead of a vintage exhibition: 1. Hire a real CHEF and get rid of the one who does the job now; this is not an arena for an amateur. Serve the food nicely but don't over-decorate it (people want to eat!); Chicken with rice at S&P is better than yours. 2. Reduce the number of dishes and concentrate on the quality of preparation, serving the right items in time and in adequate condition, such as a sauce with a hot dish has to be hot; a 'wine sauce' has to comprise wine. Hire a professional to draft a readable, appealing and understandable menu, that offers food and drinks being available. Don't know if they contemplate reviews; the intention of this is clearly constructive. However, for the time being we will not return.

At âLe bouchonâ I experienced great service ,great food , great wine , great desserts ....I started with a rocket salad the waitress brought a delicious baguette served with butter ,olives,tomatoes cut in little cubes with olive oil and garlic . Then I had a lamb shank served with tagliatelle great size amazing taste ...I asked bruno the owner to advise me on some wine â the wine selection is very good , I followed his advice , I choose a Shiraz from Australia â it was a great choice ! I couldnât t resist to have desserts and I had a tiramisu ....incredible !!!!I am going back for his wood burning oven pizzas ....
