We had three lovely days at the Italia, which is on the sea front of this charming village, with an attractive view and a great sunrise. Our room faced the sea and was well furnished, plenty of space and storage, comfortable beds and a good breakfast served on the balcony each morning. The staff and owner were helpful and available. Many restaurants, cafes and bars within easy walking distance.

I stayed for three days here with friends. They told us we could check in before midnight but we arrived at 2:30 a.m. and we were able to take the room since they have waited for us!!!I appreciate this fact very much! We had the so called triple room - there were two standard beds and one sofa bed. It was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was on the terrace and you choose at what time to have it which was great! I liked the place and we had great time!

Centrally located on the seafront the hotel is located in an ancient palace of the sixteenth century with adjoining medieval house. The complete renovation done recently has not altered its original appearance with the typical atmosphere of a prestigious historic home. Hotel with Medieval House next to it. Ganduglia Family owns and personally manages the hotel since 1923.
My boyfriend and I spent a couple of nights there. The hotel has a very good sea view, good location but the interior of the rooms is quite dated, the bathroom is very small and quite a thin mattress. For 120 euros a night I thought it was a bit too expensive for what it was.

The hotel is located in Noli, in the heart of the old town, in a medieval building situated at he feet of the Papone Tower into the oldest circle of walls. The hotel is open from March to September,it offers B&B services and the running cares about every detail of your stay. The room are arranged over two floors served by lift and each of these has its own bathroom, a telephone and satellite TV.
Ok, this is not a four or five star hotel, but it is as good as it can get for a three star hotel, clean and located in the very city centre of Noli literally inside the old castle walls. What makes the real difference is the courtesy and kindess of Giorgio and his staff who will go the extra mile to welcome you and provide all the possible information on the whereabouts of Noli. And breakfast there is something special, in the garden bordering the castle walls, with a selection of real homemade cakes and bakery. If you want to enjoy real italian hospitaly and kindess this your place

The architectural complex known as the Bishop’s Residential Palace of Noli evolved over nearly 1000 years of history and was established, transformed and enlarged to host the Bishops Diocese of Noli from 1239 to 1820.The suite-rooms on the second floor, are two levels including an attic, faces south toward the solarium and the sea. Two of those rooms contains a fresco from the beginning of 15th century on its wall. Size 40-45 sqm.

I am giving it a 3 rating, keeping in mind a quality/price approach - for what they charge you could not expect a luxury resort. We stayed just a one-off night while travelling. While definitely outdated, the room is clean and the hot water plentiful. Bed ok, sheets crisp and clean, view of the sea fantastic - and it overlooks Noli and its castle. You can fall asleep listening to the waves. I would suggest to bring a pair of flip-flops for going around in the rooms - some basic updates have been done in 2013, but not the floors, and I loke to keep my footsies clean. Old furniture' small mirrors, a small functioning flat screen TV with italian channels, free wi-fi (a tad unstable, but working). There is a terrace for drinks at the reception level - again, run down, filled with old-er tourists, but the view and the kindness of the help do make the stay ok - and you truly can't beat the price. Just make sure you get a room on the sea, not on the hills side. It just makes me itch to imagine what this place COULD be with some money invested, and what they could then charge for the rooms....

We’ve been a few times to Noli. The first time in an house en last year in an appartement. This year we wanted to have a relaxed vacation so we booked this hotel. We loved the place. Very friendly, nice staff, clean and well located. The restaurant was the best! They’ve restyled the garden, so you can have a nice diner or breakfast outside. If you go there, on 50 m there is a lovely Bagno, runned by a young couple. We’ll be back!
