First, Cheese Importers is no longer located in the building shown in the picture. It moved to an old, interesting building on Main Street and has much better seating for lunches and dinners. Second, the menu is interesting, tasty, and moderately priced. Third, you purchase your entre near the entrance before being seated, seat yourself, and your food and beverages are served to you at your table. Fourth, we haven't eaten dinner there so service and menu may be different.

We live nearby and decided to try Colterra for Brunch. We waited in host area to be seated. 5 minutes and no host showed up. Lots of set tables available inside and outside. I walked toward the kitchen- service area where many staff congregated, no one recognized us, or said anything. I asked if a host was available, no response. We started to leave the restaurant when the manager came out, he said he would find us a table on the patio. Waited again, he did not return. Hostess came out to ask if she could help us, explained that the gentleman was looking for a table, but could she seat us now, response was " well, we are cleaning off tables( snooty attitude)" Not true! Several tables inside and out set for service.
Waited a few minutes and left for another location. We do not understand this kind of anti-customer service. I hope the owner and manager read these reviews, as seems to be a thread of complaints.

We had a great salad that included some very tasty BBQ meat[turkey].
The place is very busy but they did serve us in a timely manner
The tables are family style so you may be sharing a large table with other dinners. We found this to be okay.
A bit noisy for visiting.

Winot Coffee is locally owned and we are conscientious purveyors of small town spirit with a world class espresso and coffee program.
I like this place, I love small businesses. But I have been there several times and there seems to be a reoccuring issue of being short staffed, which is understandable but you can expect to wait a minimum of 5-6 minutes. It is a little pricey, with the exception of a few things. The coffee IS amazing though. They also have a great selection of non-dairy milk, which is super nice for those that are intolerant! They also showcase local artwork and have a community board where you can post local happenings! We visit whenever we want a coffee not at home, but only then.

It was our first visit to 1914 Restaurant. For appetizers we enjoyed the Shisito Peppers, the Bruschetta and the Spinach Artichoke Cheese Dip. We must have been ravenous as everything disappeared in a heart beat...but, in reality, it was because it was delicious.
Several of us ordered the Pan Roasted Sea Scallops with Wild Mushroom Risotto which was a heavenly entrée.
Our service tended to be slow as several large tables were dining and our server had all 3 of them. But, he was helpful and gracious.
Enjoyed this restaurant immensely.

Since 1993 our brewery has been committed to producing eccentric ales and lagers that defy styles or categories. We have 30 Avery beers on draft and a craft dining menu with a Southern flair.
I made a detour from my trip to Denver airport to stop here. The place is in an industrial office area which is a bit odd but seems somewhat typical for breweries across the country. Stopped here on a sunny 70 degree Friday. My group of three got there around 11:30. I suggest getting there before noon. Plenty of seating at 11;30 but quickly filled up by 12;30
great outdoor seating around tables if the weather is nice. Giant open doors that open the inside to the outside world. About 30 to 40 beers on tap. many I have never seen.
you can make your own flight of any beer and up to any number of beers. We had the Friday fish and chip special. fish was lightly battered and delicious.Servers were attentive and quick to help or answer any questions. I can't say enough about our experience. Excellent, food, ambiance, staff, beer !!!!! prices for food are a bit higher than a typical restaurant. but worth every penny
If I lived in the area..you would likely find me here every week.
Make a detour and go here. well worth it.
Fantastic!

Join us for dinner and drinks and enjoy an incredible meal in an intimate, yet casual atmosphere. Sugarbeet is a wonderful spot for a romantic dinner for two or for meeting friends and business associates. Our chef owned bistro serves a delicious and creative seasonal dinner menu with a full bar and wine list. Reservations are recommended as our restaurant has limited seating. We have a wonderful patio for outdoor dining and cocktails when weather permits.
We had come here with another couple for dinner and it didn’t disappoint. We had excellent service, friendly waitress and incredibly delicious food. When our friends got married, this was where we decided to purchase their wedding gift for their next anniversary dinner. Loved everything about their menu!

Treppeda's Ristorante is a unique Italian restaurant in Niwot offering delicious food and great wine in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
I've had lunch here twice in the last few months. Nice, white tablecloths inside and nice decor. The first time, the young lady was agreeable with providing table service which made our experience alot nicer. This time, it was strictly order at the register (as if you were in a deli), serve yourself water, etc. I ordered coffee, and that was totally forgotten about; I had to walk up and ask for it. We both enjoyed the lasagna, which is very flavorful and well prepared. We had to ask for butter; only dry bread was served. The side salad had fresh greens and plentiful in size. Food is very good here, but it could be enhanced by providing real service at the tables.

I can’t tell you how incredible this place is. From the homemade ketchup to the hand squeezed orange juice and beignets, you just MUST eat here. The food is absolutely perfect. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is unique. Get here EARLY or you’ll be waiting for a long while (but even so, it’s well worth the wait). Definitely come hungry, haha! And I recommend sharing the main entree so you can get beignets.

The factory for this fantastic pie maker is right here in Niwot. The pies are fresh, and tasty and the only problem is that you can't eat just one slice. I buy them at the farmers market or local grocer, unless I am in Niwot. Kini is the owner, baker and all around sweetheart. These pies are all natural, fresh and mouthwatering. Just like Mom used to make, if your mom made pies.
