Hotel Thu Thao is located in the center of Phan Rang city - very close to Supermarket. We provide good service and accommodation for customers. In Phan Rang city you can reach out to swim or climb activities.

Reviewed By Nguyen T- Staff doesn’t respect customer - We ask them to ironing some clothes, they have the iron but they respond to us that we have to do by ourself - There is nothing to drink in the fridge, we have to go to the market to buy some bottles - They forgot to give my passport back, they didn’t call me, it’s just when I arrive at the airport that I recognized that I don’t have my passport on me so I had to go back to the hotel to get my passport back then I miss my flight thank you guys !

Reviewed By efCologneFamily run hotel, very helpful staff + from outside ‘little Paris’ like, offering super clean rooms. Price-quality relation very good. The area is full of little restaurants, some playing live music at night. Only minus had been a bunch of homeless dogs running around!

MUCH UNDER OF OUR EXPECTATION
Reviewed By trekkhoadventureWe have a company Trip and just checked out from Chau Thanh Hotel. I would like to give this hotel a star. This is a 3 star Hotel but all of the services are bad: bed and sheets are dirty, sliding door was sticky and stuck, toilet's door was unlockable, restaurant staffs were pretty rude,... I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone else. HUGE DISAPPOINTED

Reviewed By sequinn8The hotel is situated back from the road and approx 500 m from beach. The rooms are clean. The beds are a bit firm. The bathroom is fine with plenty of hot water. We booked a room with a balcony but it's misleading as there are no balconies, just walkways to the rooms. There is not much of a garden outside and no shady spots. You get toiletries and drinking water daily. There is also a kettle and a hairdryer. Its cheap but very basic. The area is not particularly interesting here. Not much to see it do. Limited choice in restaurants shops and no bars here. Other than the beach there is nothing here.
