Nice, family-run sushi restaurant very close to Itoigawa Station. The menu features locally-caught fish, although also has standard favorites like tuna. The staff don't speak English, but they have English menus and pictures, so even if you don't speak or read Japanese, you should be able to order without any trouble.

糸魚川でおいしいお寿司をいただけました。地元魚を生かしたお寿司と小鉢、みそ汁、茶碗蒸しなどがついた「おみちよう御膳」はおすすめですね！！

糸魚川駅から徒歩１５分ほど、海沿いのレストランです。ブリ丼を注文しましたが、脂がのっていて甘みもあって最高でした。さすが港町の海の味という感じ。窓からは日本海も見えて、景色が良いのもポイントの一つです。
