The hotel is not far from the airport and other government offices if that is your reason to visit Niamey, this allows to bypass traffic in the mornings and at the close of work. The breakfast baguette was really good and brewed coffee was the best I have had in two weeks of travels through multiple countries. The prices at the restaurant were reasonable, there are also other eating options walking distance from the hotel.

Djoliba Lodge is a charming guest house, located in the heart of Niamey,15 mn from international Hamani Diori airport, in a secured area, near the main shops, banks and administrations of the city. Respecting ecological architecture, the building is made of traditionnal materials while providing every modern facilities. Djoliba Lodge is an ideal stage for tourists or business travelers.
Any where you go you have a choice. In Niamey the choice for lodging is real simple. You can step in any of the major large, anonymous hotels and enjoy the ( usually) freezing A/C and the loud swimming pool or you can enter the intimacy of Djoliba. There you'll enjoy a friendly staff whose going to have you feel welcome anytime all day, a very spacious room with the amenities you usually enjoy, a refreshing homemade breakfast ( thank you Philippe) and the hospitality of Odile. Granted, there's no pool but.... the choice is yours...

In a scene photos highlighting the landscapes and people of Niger, the restaurant offers french gourmet meals and specialties from the south west of France. The restaurant has a private room for 20 people for family meals or business. The hotel part consists of 8 comfortable rooms and 2 suites. A private pool is reserved for hotel guests.
Great for private dinners, small gatherings. Was invited by a business associate, and we had great fun. Service was courteous, friendly and efficient - not to mention unobtrusive. I guess our host had worked things out in advance, so it was a great private dinner, in a room just the right size for the small crowd

At the crossroads of ancient trans-Saharan caravan routes, three minutes from the airport, imbued with the tradition of hospitality of the town of Agadez. L'Auberge d'Azel welcomes you into the coolness of its walls of ochre clay; its pleasant open-air dining room and air-conditioned salon... Enjoy delicious meals and cool refreshments in the bar and restaurant outside in the flower garden or on the rooftop terrace with a view of the historic town of Agadez...
Was fortunate to be recommended to stay here by a friend - it is so far the best hotel I have stayed at in West Africa and at an affordable price as well. The rooms seems inspired by the local traditions but cozy decorated. Currently you would need to book by calling - or find them on Facebook and use messenger to make a reservation. It is in walkable distance from the airport or a few minutes with tuk-tuk

I believe there is no other option for accommodation at this level of service in this region. Anyway... I stayed twice here during my trip to Niger. The hotel is not bad at all, but it fails in some details. The staff is sluggish but, if you wait, you get your things done. The room is not bad, having the air conditioner working and having a nice bed. The bathroom is regular, but the shower is really poor, allowing us to get a dripping shower. So, be prepared for it. The wifi is horrendous: irregular, extremely slow and not available everywhere.

Auberge Gamzaki is a lovely place and really made my stay in Zinder. Pros: - the lovely design, I would recommend a room upstairs, with the outdoors terraces and birds chirping - its gorgeous! - staff are wonderful, the kitchen lady is the most on-time person in West Africa, the front desk is well manned with big smiles! - the manager is an absolute treat, checking up on me and just being so so wonderful. On my last day he dropped a huge bag of cookies for my trip (literally 2 kgs worth!) I should say, the rooms def have some "wear and tear", the windows could do with some re-screwing and perhaps a paint job. But for the price, it isn't bad to have somewhere clean, with hot water and AC!

Charming small guesthouse right in the middle of town next to the Grand Mosque. Terrace is spectacular looking down below. Room is relatively well lit, spacious with plugs, a fridge, a fan and working wifi. Bathroom was a little dirty and needed mopping, and shower water was consistently cold, thus the deduction of one star. Breakfast was eggs, bread, coffee, tea and juice. For dinner, the guesthouse has an Italian restaurant a few metres away - the Pilier - fine for pizza and pasta.

Newly Renovated and extended with added services: Pool, Gym, Restaurant, Spa, Roof terrace. In the residential neighborhood of Kouara Kano, close to the embassies of France, China and USA, Fayel is the perfect accomodation for your business or leisure trips.
An average hotel in a calm neighborhood. Actually i considered it as a B&B accommodation, the restaurant serves breakfast only and i hove to go out for dinner elsewhere every day Room was clean & equipped with flat screen and Canal+. WiFi experience was not that good. Staff are nice and friendly and i managed to communicate with them in English.

Well guarded and cosy hotel outside of the city centre, next to the airport's runway. The location is quiet (as another reviewer already stated, there are no mosques in the neighbourhood, so you won't hear any muezzin calling). My room was spacious but basic and in general clean. Water was not always available (I suspect water pressure was too low for the first floor when guests on the ground floor consumed too much water). Electricity was available at all times. The hotels offers breakfast only; the restaurant was closed at the time of my stay. The bar area is really cosy, especially at night, and well frequented by local people. The beer is very cheap (Bière Niger for CFA 700,-). Unfortunately, nowhere in Agadez I have encountered so many flies as in the bar area here. No WiFi.

We welcome you in a modern villa, character and Sahelian style Sudanese. We are located in a secure residential area, close to the French high school. 5 comfortable rooms are at your disposal. (Air conditioning, Ventilation, Canal +, WIFI, Bathroom and private toilets)
Stayed in this property for 1 month. Very convenient, n the heart of Plateau in Niamey, at walking distance from most United nations offices. Great choice for a bed and breakfast. It's clean, quite and comfortable. A Wifi with higher speed internet would make it perfect. Highly recommend it.
