A popular spot for getting wowed or soaked amid natural splendor, Niagara Falls attracts curious spectators and adventurous honeymooners from around the world. The splendid main attraction - more than six million feet of water cascading over a rocky crest - sits partially in the United States and partially in Canada. The U.S. side has recently been busy promoting other activities to lure visitors. Venues like the Aquarium of Niagara offer parents fun and engaging alternatives for kids, after or in between visits to the Falls. Outdoor recreation such as hiking, biking, fishing and camping can be found at the Niagara Falls State Park. The storied history of attempts to conquer the majestic Falls is captured at the Daredevil Museum; the Schoellkopf Museum concentrates on the history and geology. There's more to the Falls than, well, the Falls, including a wide array of dining and lodging options, from budget to upscale. This awe-inspiring region makes for an exhilarating and multi-faceted getaway

This hotel is overrated and not worth the price. I don’t gamble, so maybe that’s a huge pro for others. Pros: clean, nice staff Cons: 1. Rooms were hot (there was a thermostat in the room, but it definitely wasn’t accurate), 2. No outside alcohol permitted (we bought a bottle of wine at a local winery and weren’t able to drink it because they wouldn’t bring us a bottle opener) 3. They charge you $2 for each water bottle in the room if opened. 4. No glasses at the casino bar, even if you’re sitting at the bar and not walking around. 5. Parking and navigating around the lot is a hassle. They have barricades and cones blocking directions so you have to drive all around to navigate through

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the Cheshire Room. Pros: There was a lot of room for our family. The windows could open; it was nice to feel the breeze and hear the seagulls screaming at each other. Very Niagara. We enjoyed the restaurant and the free breakfast was awesome. My daughter LOVED the robes. The place was quiet and charming. Cons: There was no elevator, so travel light. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible, and it seems it could have easily been remedied by a booster or two places strategically around the building. The beds are very firm - too much for my liking but I’m a baby. An extra set of sheets for the sofa bed would have been helpful.

Staff was very friendly and respectful. My ask to grant me a late checkout by a couple hours was obliged which I did not use. The rooms were clean and hotel premises was clean. One thing I felt lagging was the timings of the swimming pool which were limited.

Great place to stay to start your Niagra Falls experience from the US side. We enjoyed a room with river view. Room was clean and good sized. Small market for beverages and snacks was available. The restaurant was very good. Only one small point was not ideal: Room keeping only available on request, but this information was not shared during check in.

Clean rooms, friendly customer service, and free breakfast included. If there's a Hampton Inn in the area we're traveling that's where we stay. I've had similar experiences at more than one location which is why we keep going back. The price is right, they're always clean, and the breakfast included is a bonus.

We stayed at this hotel years ago and loved it, but the hotel has really gone downhill. The front desk person was nowhere to be found upon check in, and he really didn't seem to care to be there. The woman in the bar was rude and unprofessional and our room was dirty and quite shabby. To say that we were disappointed is really and understatement.
