Welcomed by staff at the door. Very attentative waiter when ordering food listened closely to a friends allergy requests. But what a sad outcome as they could not provide any alternatives. The guest was told "This is an Indian restaurant and everything is spicy". However everyone else's food was excellent. The staff can be a bit over attentative on the drinks front by hovering about. Sadly another negative point, why has such a busy restaurant only have two tiny toilets. Has space been sacrificed for more Seating?

Our mid morning snack was a delight. Place was buzzing and we were seated by a very friendly waitress. Menu arrived promptly and we soon had delicious coffee delivered followed by our snack choices. One having a well filled sausage Sandwich and the other crushed advocado on wholemeal toast topped with rocket and a chilli sauce with a side of grilled tomatoes. So nice!

Visited as a large group for an early dinner. Around 12 of us, unfortunately due to space it's not possible to seat us all at one table. Not their fault, the floor plan simply won't accommodate
We had ordered ahead which meant that the food was prompt and the service was very attentive. Drinks were quickly dealt with.
The starters found their way out very quickly and despite the noise we were making they quickly despatched the food to the right tables.
Starters were lovely, no complaints whatsoever
Mains followed quickly. I had the beef pho. From my experience this was not traditional. I love pho. I had doubts when I ordered it and doubts when it arrived
However.........it was delicious. The broth was more of a soup. The beef was slow cooked rather than the sliced raw beef I'm used to. I've had plenty of Vietnamese pho in plenty of places including Vietnam.
So, as an interpretation of pho it is nice. I'd hate my review to put you off. I'd be surprised if anyone would be disappointed if this was put in front of you.
As a dish of its own, it is delicious and lovely, warming and tasty. Good value and I would have it again. Was it pho? I dont think so. Does it matter? Possibly but I know where I can go to get authentic pho.
As a dish this was lovely. Very very nice
One thing i would like is some hot sauce at the table as the chillis aren't hot enough, or enough of them
Prices are fair. Everyone else's food looked great. Restaurant and staff are nice
Pleasantly surprised, would return and would recommend!!
Well done!!

A Traditional Rural Country Pub set in the heart of the tranquil Suffolk countryside just a few miles down a country lane off the A143, and only 10 minutes from Newmarket. A wealth of exposed beams inglenook fireplaces, excellent food and a warm cosy welcome, The Three Ways offers a truly traditional experience. Our food in home cooked traditional English with a a flavour of Spain running through the menu, our our chips are freshly peeled cut and fried to order no frozen here. A a real home cooked experience, Sunday Lunch claimed to be the tastiest and as good as if not better than at home.
Started with the sharing platter but saw the seafood boullibase being taken to table next to us- looked amazing! Asked waitress for a bowl of it and was told possibly sold out; she returned with 2 small bowls of complimentary boullibase & warm bread as...MoreThank you for your great review in particular the photos, we look forward to seeing you again

Kings Newmarket, a fast paced, vibrant Kitchen & Bar in the centre of Newmarket, specialising in Cocktails and Traditional English Food. Kings has a unique courtyard garden for Alfresco Dining and Drinking. Kings has 16 ensuite letting rooms, all fitted with kitchenette's, perfect for long or short stays.
Whilst i appreciate that jan 2nd is a downtime period for the hospitality industry, i was very disappointed with our family meal here.
Service was slow despite the very quiet restaurant, drinks order was forgotten and had to be ordered alongside the food.
Once ordered the food arrived on time. It was average at best- the lowpoint was the chips which were unbearably salty and werent finished by many of us around the table. We werent asked for dessert and we waited so long for the finished mains to be cleared that we left and paid the bill on the way out with them all still on the table.
My opinion was that the music was a little loud for lunchtime dining and we had to ask for it to be turned down slightly as we struggled to hear each other at times.
It's a shame since many speak highly of Kings but the experience was poor enough to warrant not making any visits in future.

Karen, Paul, Damien and Jack welcome you to the Wickhambrook Greyhound and Twenty one. The Greyhound opened its doors under its current owners in August 2011 after being purchased from Greene King. The Greyhound has since undergone a huge refurbishment including the demolition of half of the pub and the erection of a new building housing a new kitchen, stylish toilets and the exciting new restaurant Twenty One. The Greyhound & Twenty One is situated in the centre of Wickhambrook, which is the largest village by area in Suffolk. Wickhambrook is located approximately 10 miles from Newmarket, Haverhill and Bury St Edmunds. We offer a selection of cask conditioned ales, fine wines and award winning coffees, in a comfortable, friendly and inviting atmosphere. We have a large car park, large Gardens and a cosy log fire for those winter nights, and if you have a dog bring them along too. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
We visited mid-week on the spur of the moment and weren't disappointed. We'd been here last summer just for a drink but this time of course went into the restaurant. Decor is lovely. Busy for a mid-week. Waiter was exceptionally nice and friendly. We shared a starter and had a main course each; both dishes from the specials board. We did enjoy the food and look forward to going again.

Revitalised and reopened in October 2013. The Packhorse Inn offers a truly stunning dining and staying experience. Mediocrity is most certainly not on the menu or indeed any aspect of this eight bedroom country inn, which deliberately sets out to stretch the definition of "pub" to the limit. Awards/Recognition: • 3 AA Rosettes • 5 AA Stars for accommodation • Listed in The Times' 'Ultimate 100 British hotels' feature. • Sawday's "Favourite Newcomer" • Winner "Best Food Pub" in The Great British Pub Awards • Sawday's "Favourite Newcomer" • Listed in the Michelin Guide and The Good Food Guide Location: Rural Suffolk village just two and a half miles from Newmarket, the historic home of horse racing. Facilities: • 8 individually designed en suite bedrooms • a large dining and bar area • garden/terrace • club room for business meetings & events Food & Drink: The menu is best described as Modern European, catering for all tastes, from our affordable fixed price menu through to the a la carte, which delivers smart, contemporary dishes full of vibrant flavours.
We arrived here for dinner and started with an excellent gin and tonic, they have a good range of both gin and tonics.
We then went to our table for dinner. The bread was lovely as normal and there is always something unusual on the board.
Our started consisted of celeriac soup and hake and then the burger and venison. All very tasty and enjoyable. For pudding we both ordered the rice pudding, mine arrived cold but was quickly replaced with a hot one.
