It is always a treat to visit Colin and his dedicated and knowledgeable team. The seafood is ultra-fresh, and if you want suggestion on how to cook it - you get great ideas. Unless you want to enjoy the delicious, cooked meals from the kitchen. regardless, you will be coming back!
Silver Spoon Specialties is a full-service caterer committed to creating delicious food made only with the highest-quality, local ingredients. We are based in the Hamptons but having mobile kitchens, we have the ability to travel to any destination in Suf
Last week we had the pleasure to have Jeanine and Silver Spoon Specialties cater for a large photo shoot that I was producing in Quogue, NY. EVERY single member of the crew and the models commented every day on how delicious the food was. The food was so flavorful and as well presented as it can be on a fold out table in the basement of a location house! Jeanine and David are just wonderful. I cannot recommend them enough and will certainly be using them again when we shoot again in the Hamptons, 5 STARS all the way! Thank you, thank you, thank you for making the most important job of a producer on set (the FOOD) look good.

Temporarily Closed for the season. We will re-open in April 2019. Situated on Three-Mile Harbor, Harbor Bistro is a family-owned waterfront restaurant which provides one of the most spectacular sunset views in the Hamptons. The restaurant overlooks Maidst
The good thing is that it has a view of the harbor and all the sailboats docked there if you eat in the outer area, the bad thing is, a lot of tables can have you baking in the sun, even though there's a roof over your head. So, inside is best for avoiding the sun, but then you don't appreciate the view. Now for the food - it's really really good. We opt for their $29 prix fixe which is only 5-6pm. It's early, and that's why we have a problem with sun. Anyway, it includes appetizer, entree, and a choice of either a glass of wine, or dessert. We opt for the wine. For apps, choice of two salads, or soup. Entrees include salmon, two pastas, and a pork schnitzel. Their prix fixe menu never seems to change all summer. Always get the pork schnitzel, just love it and it's a huge portion. Service is great, professional and friendly. You can get the prix fixe at the bar all night, but we find it's not that comfortable to eat there, prefer a table.

Multi Aquaculture Systems Inc provides Gourmet Takeout (pick up, picnic), Fresh seafood, Catering, Promised Land Oysters and more at their Seafood Market, serving the greater Amagansett, NY area.
It's the overall experience that makes this place so special. Situated on the grounds of a rusting fish farm in the most remote and isolated part of the Hamptons is a kitchen producing some of the freshest seafood on the coast. A lovely Frenchwoman will charm you with her stories while she serves you on paper plates, waterside just above the ruins of the old jetty. An incredible view, great food, distinct personalities all combine or one of the most enjoyable dining experiences around. Be sure to bring your own wine as its a food only establishment. If you are nice she might share a glass of Chablis with you from the larder.
When out East, we buy most of our fish from Amagansett Fish Co. It is next door to a great wine store, the fish is fresh, the bisque exquisite and on more than one occasion I have seen the legendary Pele hanging out front, sipping wine. Love this place. Been going for years.

Speed dating only with food. It is so clear that the staff at Wolffer Kitchen is instructed to get you in and out in a little over an hour. I can only imagine the staff meetings! I wonder if they run practice drills.Well fast dining does not make for a positive high end dining experience. It actually made what would have been an amazing dining experience much less enjoyable. There were times when our plates were being cleared before we were fully finished. This is not what I expect from an expensive restaurant. Would have given a higher rating but for the âin and outâ attitude of the staff.Knowing this now, be forewarned. I would give it a try but slow down your waiters! The challenge will be to see if you can. Good luck!

On our recent road trip to Montauk, we made our first progressive lunch stop at the Clam Bar. We shared an order of the Montauk Pearl Oysters (fresh and delicious), and Ron then had the Spicy Crab and Sweet Corn Chowder and I had the Manhattan Clam Chowder. Both of the soups were good but not outstanding. Our first waitress, Jennifer, was delightful, but her lunchtime replacement left a lot to be desired, unfortunately.

As you know or will soon find out, this place is busy and more often than not, you wait to be seated. We were there at 1 PM.While we waited, two seats at the counter opened up, so we ordered a couple appetizers to entertain our wait. Then another seat was freed, and then two more... so we kept ordering... and had our lunch at the counter, which was just fine, watching the flurry of activity of the kitchen... and we got out of there in a flash... in much less time than we would have waited for a table.I had fried oysters on a salad... very good. Crab cakes were OK, but we are not in Baltimore at Faidley's Seafood. Put Faidleyâs on your bucket list.

"This is where Summer begins." The Lobster Roll Restaurant, also known as "Lunch", is a nostalgic beach shack serving lunch and dinner to locals and guests from around the globe. Our critically acclaimed family restaurant serves beach-side favorites like
The food at the Lobster Roll this year is better than ever and we have been back three times, eating slightly different fish and seafood dishes. The lobster bisque is particularly tasty and great value. If you like margaritas, go for the Don Julio. A word of warning, it gets very crowded even in late August when the season is winding down so try to arrive around noon even on a week day. The service is very friendly which is an additional plus.
