A great stop for lunch. We were greeted immediately in this busy cafe and drinks served. The waitress took our order and we both ordered the special: a fresh chicken breast sandwich with Swiss cheese, tomatoes, spinach, a delicious sauce on a Kaiser roll. It was served with coleslaw and fries. The fries were homemade, a cut up baked potato with skin. The entire meal was fantastic! We were served very quickly and did not have to wait for our bill. We definitely will return here on our next trip to Vermont.
Pine Ridge grocery is an Amish grocery store/deli just outside Bainbridge. While they are listed as a restaurant it really only has deli sandwiches. With that said they are great deli sandwiches. I would definitely say it is way above your chains (subway) sort of thing. You fill out a ticket with what you want. The sandwiches are always good and they do a nice job of piling on the food. The best part is that you can find all sorts of neat things on the shelves. I love going there for the cheddar sesame sticks but there has to be about 200 different fruit/veggies/nuts/jams and so on to pick from. Definitely worth the drive and grab a nice lunch to eat at a few of the picnic tables out front. Just check about times, not open on Sunday and closes kind of early on Saturdays.
Located just outside of the Unadilla village, with easy access to I88. This pub style venue offers good drinks, good food and a friendly staff. Enjoy lounging on one of our eclectic couches or chairs, or dining at our tables. We offer an outside deck to b
Greenâs definitely lacks curb appeal, but donât let the humble exterior deter you. The spacious dining area is clean and filled with an eclectic collection of tables â mostly four-tops â with an assortment of couches and stuffed chairs on the perimeter. My party of four found the yard sale chic décor charming. The focal point of Greenâs spacious, open floor plan is the bar and the menu is mostly bar grub. It is prepared with a level of know-how that sadly has become uncommon. In particular, the burgers shine. Thick and cooked by someone who knows the difference between medium-rare and medium, they arrive on a buttery roll. Order yours with cheese and you wonât want to share it or even put it down. Add the golden, crispy onion rings or a side of hand cut fries and youâll be all set.Friendly, fast service will make you feel like a local. Go ahead and throw some bills in the juke box or play pool for a while. On the downside, the wings, though big, are too wet with a sauce that tastes like it may have a ketchup base, a culinary faux pas. The draft beer selection consists of a handful of mass brews. Carry-out containers arenât free. Thereâs a 4% charge added to bills settled using credit cards. None of these is a dealbreaker, unless youâre a wing snob (I am), in which case I advise ordering something else. The bottom line is that Greenâs is a joint, but not a dive. Itâs a relaxing, easy place to hang out. Youâll be glad you tried it.

We stopped by Bob's Diner while traveling along I88. There was a street fair going on, but we were still able to park nearby on the street, and found a booth (they were wisely offering sausage sandwiches outside on the street, which reduced the number of people eating inside). We had their jumbo 100% beef hot dogs with chips. The dogs and rolls were very good, and the chips that come with them were not their house-made chips, but were very fresh commercial chips. The service was friendly and very prompt. We would definitely return. It is obviously a popular placed with area people. Prices were extremely reasonable. There are three steps up to enter the diner (with a sturdy metal railing on one side) and it is lined with booths, which have a step up. There are three or four tables at the ends of the diner as well. Rest rooms were clean (one for women and one for men).

My business paertner and myself had a working dinner scheduled. Frank asked that I choose the eatery. Frank came down to Norwich from Syracuse and had not to been to Highway 7. That was my choice. We both ordered 2 different nightly specials. I ordered a rib eye that was cooked to perfection and delicious. My partner ordered the pork special that included pulled pork and a rack of ribs. He was thrilled with the wonderful flavor. As an added bonus, he had ribs to take home for lunch tomorrow. From the excellent wait staff, which included 2 waitresses, to both of the owners attentive table conversation. which made for an excellent dining experience. I highly recommend the Highway 7. We will return.
Of all the Subways I have been at, this was the worst. My girlfriend and I stopped in this store and Got the rudest looks and actions from the People in the store making our sandwich. They acted like we were intruding upon them. We even had to tell them to put stuff on our sandwich multiple times just to get the order right. I will never stop by this place again, no matter how hungry I am
Good food. Great icecream. I have not been there since it changed owners but I see specials on signs out front that sound good and always patrons there.

Since we arrived at 11:05, we didnât eat at Susieâs. We caught the previous review that said they closed at noon on Saturday, but apparently they now close even earlier! I did submit an update to improve the listing, but really shouldnât the restaurant do that?

Stopped here on our way home from Animal Adventure Park today. I had a monte cristo with tator tots and hubby had a Philly cheesesteak and hand cut fries. Food was very fast, came out hot and everything was delicious. Staff was efficient and quick as well.
