We eat at Charlie O's at least once a week. Excellent burgers, wings, salads and home made soups and fries. The staff is well trained and they seem to find the sweetest people. Food is consistently excellent and the prices are great. You'll never leave hungry and won't be disappointed. Outside seating, huge TV screens.

A varied menu with lots of choices. Some deep fried stuff like chicken fingers, onion rings, fries, etc. looked like it went directly from an industrial freezer bag into the deep fryer, so I would avoid those items, which is easy to do. My son had a knockwurst in a pretzel roll which was quite good. My wife had a tomato and mozzarella sandwich with a balsamic reduction which she also enjoyed. The patio dining can be nice, but extremely loud motorcycles do tend to frequent this location.

Driving through on our way to Toronto ended up here because the restaurant we chose closes early. Walked in and was greeted by a smiling server Faye who served us drinks and made recommendations. I had Steak Fries and hubby had the burger. We shared Chicken Quesidilla which was super spicy but yummy. All and all great unexpected meal!

Mirabella's is probably the largest restaurant in Saugerties and is popular on Fridays and after hours for dinner, snacks and it's beer selection. The service is exceptional and very attentive. The rib rack that I had was outstanding. However, the Fish and Chips were sub-standard, with more fried batter than fish. The chips were also overly salted. The salt really detracted from what would have been good fries. The beer selection is large and features mostly craft brews, with something for everyone's taste......all reasonably priced. So, on the whole it's a good place to eat and meet friends, but be selective on your menu selection and ask to have a lid put on the pre-salting.

We wanted something different but wanted a steak house so we picked this placed based on the previous reviews. Well.....The atmosphere is very nice. Rather elegant on the inside even through from the outside it looks nothing like a steak house, it the old Pizza hut from years back. We went early, 430, so there was only a few people there when we got there and just the 1 waiter. Service was good and quick. The special drink selection is the normal 6 or 7 house drinks. The food selection is not bad, had 2 steaks. Prices were a bit high I thought, but the steaks we're quiet good. 1 complaint I had was I was supposed to get steak fries and what I got was 4 fresh cut potato fries. Not quite what I planned on.Towards the end of the meal, as the place did start to get busier, @ 6, service did slow down a lot. There was still only 1 waiter on when we left. I would hope another was starting shortly.Overall, a very nice place. Food was goodDrinks were good and well priced. Have a separate bar.And the prices although a little high not bad.

I know better than to expect really great food at "Italian Restaurants" in the United States. It is just not fair to compare different type of food. Nonetheless, I always expect good Veal Parmigiana for some reason since you just cannot get that in Italy at all, so no comparison problems. It was mediocre, barely acceptable. The Montepulciano was of poor quality. I don't mind paying more for decent wine, but there was no option as far as I saw for a better quality Montepulciano. I had fusilli with the veal which was also mediocre. The included salad was minuscule and poor. So that was the food. The service was excellent with attentive waiters and very efficient. The hostess was also very nice and accommodating. The atmosphere was very nice.

French American fusion, vegan & g.f. options. Local farm to table concept, homemade pasta, sauces, & desserts. Local wines & craft tap beers full liquor license.
The first thing that comes to mind is the amazing service. Our waitress was so nice and welcoming. She knew everything about the menu. The food is freshly made and the menu, while limited, offers unique and interesting items. We had the mushroom soup which was creamy with the most perfect flavors. This is easily something you would find in a 5 star restaurant. My daughter had the Vegan Strawberry Coconut ice cream. This is ice cream homemade by the owner. My daughter is still talking about it.Thank you for the wonderful review, we look forward to your return!

Gastropub serving rotating selection of craft beers, with focus on New York state breweries. House made sausages, fresh food, come atmosphere.
On a short exploration of Saugerties, we were disappointed to not find the number and types of antique shops rumored to be there, but delighted to discover the Dutch Ale House for lunch. Flight of beer for tastings was generous and had a great selection. Nice variety in menu and we found the burgers to be delicious!
