I rate this sushi restaurant 4.5/5 because they make great sushi at a great price but of course as much as there is something unique of being small the size isn't the best to sit and eat. If you go on a busy night you most won't get a table. However you can order and that's what I recommend. I would definitely eat here again.

I love the prompt, kind of elegance,in this little restaurant. The menu will please even non vegetarians. You get mock chicken, accompanied by brown or white rice.Immediately, as you sit, you are brought a pot of tea,and a pickled cabbage appetizer, for free.Lunch is great, starts at $6.50,weekdays.The choice is vast, all soy based ,but the loveliest part is in the sauce, deliciously prepared with ginger, and very tasty. There is a big dessert meny, and juices, all., natural. If in Rego Park, come enjoy this nice find lunch or dinner,or make a trip there.conveniently located off Queens Blvd.Vegetarians will be delighted.

Certainly the most beautifully designed/decorated restaurant in Queens. We had a wonderful lunch of assorted appetizers - the pineapple rice and koren short ribs were our favorites but everything was well prepared and delicious. Wonderful bottle of rose. Overall, prices are on the high side which means we won't be going as often as we would like to, but we had an excellent meal and will definitely be back. There are several areas designed to accommodate small and larger groups and given how really lovely the restaurant is and the great cocktail menu, it would be a great choice for an "occasion" - birthday groups, work groups, etc.

I walked by this place many times and didn't know there was a restaurant there. It's right behind the LIRR train tracks, not facing the fancy Austin Street side, so I didn't see any noticeable signs for it previously. I went there when there wasn't high volume, but this place is very big and itâs a pretty presentation inside, definitely something to bring a date or friends to. The service is very good, very attentive and polite. I was impressed with the food. They can do multiple Asian dishes and they do them well. Price might seem like they're high for the main dishes but they're competitive for the area. Iâll be back on a more festive night with my people, for sure.

Great Sushi selections and lovely atmosphere with great service. Our waiter was wonderful and attentive. This restaurant was recommended to us by a LGA worker since we have a 9 hours layover. Such a wonderful place. I cant find any Japanese restaurant that served sukiyaki anymore in the SanFran area so imaging my surprise when I find it. Very reasonable price. Our bill comes to $52.00 for 2. Will be back when we travel to NYC again.

Worth the trip to Elmhurst Queens to sample the richly flavored Thai dishes served in this small, local restaurant. Our fave: spicy, limey Larb (with ground pork). Fabulous fried red snapper with papaya salad and anything with Penang curry are also memorable. We hear they have a location at the Chelsea Market in Manhattan but havenât checked it out yet. The chef in Queens is good enough for us!

My first visit to Nur Thai was amazing. They have the most delicious Thai coffee, great service and amazing food. Everything we tried was great - the spring rolls, veggie dumplings, the various fried rice dishes, and the pad Thai! Our server, Fadan, was so kind, helpful and very accommodating of our dietary restrictions. The prices are VERY reasonable, we each had coffee, apps and lunch for under $20 a person. We will definitely be coming back soon.

The restaurant has added more space and maintains its clean, friendly atmosphere with great service, as well as the wonderful food they offer. On this visit the family decided to be adventurous and we ate some truly scrumptious stewed pork dishes, which I heartily recommend.
