We have had pizza, wings, subs etc. here for years and it is the best.If ever there is a slight problem like delayed delivery etc. they make it up to you and apologize. Also the delivery people are the most courteous and friendly. We highly recomend TWO BROTHERS
Stopped here to pick up subs for my husband and I for a picnic-style lunch at the fishing lodge we were staying at. The place in located in a gas station just as you enter the small town of Hancock. The service was pretty good but the young guy behind the counter was feeling the pressure of a short line of customers. He was the only one working and had to make sandwiches, refill food stock and ring up customers on his own. He still managed to be friendly though! The food was the usual Subway quality which is nice to have no surprises when in a strange town for the first time.

Everything made from scratch, "Tastes homemade because it is !" situated in a vintage opera house, we are the "Best kept secret" in Hancock. Serving gourmet coffee, espresso drinks, signature cinnamon buns, outrageously delicious scones , many of which ar
Beyond the great pastries and the large portions of the meals at reasonable prices, is the back room that is full of the history of entertainment. It served as an opera house, vaudeville stage and burlesque house. In all, Hancock is a charming town that was visited by Joe Dimaggio, who selected the wood for his bats from the local Louisvlle Slugger factory. So glad our establishment stood out! It is with great pleasure that we bring the best of the best to our bakery and bistro. Using farm fresh ingredients and real butter make all the difference in the quality of our baked goods... never a mix and no shortcuts.Thank you for visiting the Emporium and we hope to see you again in days to come.

The signs along the road promising home-cooked food at the Hancock House Hotel lured us for lunch, and I was very happy to be so lured. The menu is interesting, but we stuck to old favorites: a burger for him and a Reuben for me. Both were prepared perfectly and the accompanying chips and fries right out of the oil were crunchy and extraordinary! (McD eat your heart out!) It wasn't fancy, but who needs fancy in the middle of a road trip?

Best smoked shrimp ever. Huge for 2$ a pop. I also got the smoked salmon and Gouda. Everything was delicious. Other local items are also sold in the store. Didn't get to try the eels (he was out) but I'll visit again for sure!

We were passing through the area and found this diner on the GPS. We decided to stop because there were a lot of cars parked outside. We were glad we did. The staff were all very friendly. I ordered breakfast and it was served fresh and hot and tasty, exactly as I ordered. My husband ordered the parmesan chicken sub. It came with one trip to the salad bar and french fries. He was pleasantly surprised at how big the sandwich was and was able to finish half of it and took the rest home. The whole bill came to $23.95 with a coffee. I can't remember the last time we ate out for that low of a price. If you are looking for a lot of gourmet options this is not the place, but if you want some stick to the ribs diner food, I would give this place a shot.
