Had to park in back of restaurant. The front entrance was not well lite where you can use the handicap ramp. To get on the ramp there was a poorly constructed incline. We were seated looking forward to our Japanese chef show. However, our chef was Latino who did not preform any tricks with knives. The soup was good, salad was very cold then came was he main meal. I had filet mug on that offered only 9 pieces of meat. My plate was the smothered in veggies with lots of soy sauce. Then came the shrimp. The flavor was cooked out of them again with soy sauce. The table behind us has this chef who said he was from Formosa He proceeded to yell and I mean yell every word thru our entire meal. Never again we we go there. It is an insult to Japanese

While visiting in the area on business, friend suggested the Madison. When we drove into the parking lot, it was pretty nondescript. I almost missed the sign since it is located on a busy highway with several businesses in the area. When we walked in there was no one in the place, but we were ahead of the usual Long Island dinner crowd for a Saturday night. The servers were seasoned and friendly. We did some apps, drinks and salads which were served promptly. The salad was good size and was of mixed greens which were fresh. We all ordered an entry and of course had to try the steaks. Everything came to the table hot and just off the grill, the NY Strip had the bone in and was very well flavored and perfectly done. Friends had a variety of dishes and no one complained. It was obviously satisfying for the entire table. As time went by, the place started to fill up and the band began to set up. By the time we left the place was nearly full and not a spot in the parking lot. We understand that this is a hot local spot for an older crowd with some great music. The one thing that is noticed that the way the inside of the restaurant has multi level floors, handicap access may pose a challenge depending on table availability and if the band is in place. Over all the food was good, the cost was reasonable for the area and we all left satisfied.

Although I love the food at roadhouse, Saturday night in York is a bad time! I used the online check in feature which said 30-45 minute wait. We actually waited 30 minutes before going and physically checking in. I went back to the check in desk after another 45 minutes, only to be told that my buzzer had dead batteries and be issued another. After a few minutes it went off, but we were told it was a malfunction and not our turn. Finally after another fifteen minutes we were seated.. crazy busy!! Never again!

Nothing arouses the appetite more than a sizzling, juicy, tender steakâ¦.hot, fresh from the broiler, resting on the plate before you, ready to be carved, ready to be eaten⦠a Pace's steak. Our meat is different, and you'll taste why. We pay a lot of atten
Never disappointed in this place. The food is awesome, the service is fantastic and the drinks are made well. My friend and I shared a Tuscan steak perfectly cooked to our liking a wedge salad and lobster tails and dessert. Everything was perfect, will definitely visit again.

Tellers is not just a Chophouse. Itâs an institution. Born out of an old bank, Tellers delights visually with the original Mosler Vault serving as our wine vault at the heart of Tellers and a dining room set inside sky-high ceilings and 30 foot vertical w
This was our first visit to Tellers, and it couldn't have been better. Beginning the moment we walked in the door, the service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was extremely pleasant--a former bank, remodeled into a big, airy, well-lighted space, with quiet background music but without unpleasan t noise. We came on a special winemaker's night, when a set menu was paired with wines from Palmer Vineyards on Long Island's North Fork. In addition to the fixed menu, we ordered an extra appetizer, crab and lobster wontons, which were first-rate. After that, we enjoyed wonderful seared diver scallops, followed by braised short ribs with a very unique seasoning and then a top-notch creme brulee, paired with albarino, cabernet franc and rose, respectively. The bottom line is that we had a top-quality meal, and will return to Tellers again.
Columbian-style restaurant with ample parking, but many had to wait to be seated because it was pretty crowded - even for lunch! The service and food was excellent and would definitely go there again. Some of the daily specials were difficult to choose from because they all looked so good.

In a word Delicious. Well prepared meats, delicous and generous sides. The chimichurri about the best Iâve had anywhere. The empanadas were SO good. Attentive service. Plenty of parking (when we came). Reasonable prices. Accommodating to large groups. What else can you ask for????I had the rib eye, could only eat half. Another woman at the table had the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, ate half. The man in our group finished the enormous filet but couldnât finish the delicous creamed potatoes. The kids didnât finish their plates either. So basically everyone left with tomorrowâs lunch. Can recommend without reservation.
