Took my family here for a late day dinner close to the beach. Itâs a vibrant place with a good food and beer menu. We were a group of six and were out on the second level which in itself was fine, except we were the only one up there and seems we got forgotten a few times. Our server came promptly when we were seated and took our drink orders which also came quickly. We then have our order of appetizers and main courses and thatâs when it got interesting. After about 30 minutes a server appears with out dinner orders, not the appetizers. He offers to take them back, but we said we would just take them and have the our server just take them off the bill. It wasnât until another 15 minutes or so passes that our server reappears to see if we needed drinks, which we did quite a while ago and inform her that we never got our appetizers. She was genuinely embarrassed and offered to go and rush them which we declined and told her to take off the menu. It was clear to all of us that this was probably her first day and was very nervous. I donât hold this against the server, but the manager who should have not let her handle a group on her own much less on the second level by ourselves. The positive was that the food we did get was good thatâs why the four rating. Will give it another try and hope for better service.
Heard good things about the on beach restaurant truck. The special Lobster Roll was costly at $ 15.00 for a small portion. It was tasty but did not compare in value with Jordan's which is off beach.

You can eat inside, you can eat outside, you can eat in an outdoor, roofed-over booth, or you can settle into any one of the colorful Adirondack chairs, pop your feet into the sand, and keep cool by the water (Reynold's Channel), with an equally cool drink in hand. You'll enjoy your food and drink, whether you are inside, or out. (There is no food service in the beach area, unless you are with a pre-arranged party gathering). We ordered two kinds of wings, and Clams oreganata and they were all really, really good. Full clams, not the diced and overly-breaded stuff, and the wings were large, and came with good dipping sauces. My white sangria was quite watered down and had little taste, but the frozen rose and the Pina Coladas my table mates had were good and refreshing. We were kind of put off by the very sticky table top, which we covered with napkins or our elbows would have kept getting stuck. It made us feel like tables are not sufficiently cleaned off from the sweet and/or sticky drinks, although it appears that the busboys do a really thorough job. We ended up taking our drinks outside and topped off our afternoon with great people and boat-watching.

Was looking for a nice place to get a drink and food at 10am to start my beach day and this was the spot. Food smelled good from outside. And it tasted good too! I got the skipper (pastrami and corned beef sandwich) and my gf got an omelette. With mimosas it all came to under $50 for both of us! Nice deal! Friendly bartenders too.Hey Carl, Awesome you discovered our "Bottomless Brunch" . . . one of the best kept secrets in Long Beach! We're happy you had a positive experience! My son lives in Long Beach and it was his choice to meet there for dinner. Eclectic menu with a good amount of seafood. You order at the counter and they bring the food. Same with a pretty good selection of craft beers. Had a dinner special of Bay Scallops over Vegetable Risotto, which was excellent. We shared an order of of Shaved Brussel Sprouts, also very good

My family had breakfast at the Atlantica this morning. The hostess Shannon was so sweet. She sat us right away and before I even had a chance to ask. She got a high chair sent over for my son. Shannon also checked on our table once seated to make sure everything was good What a great way to start the day!!!

Jordan Lobster is a full service seafood restaurant with a retail store. We also have a clam bar and backyard bar which is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day weather permitting.
Dined on a Monday evening and was seated right away. Outside seating area was available. I thought that would have been enjoyable since restaurant states waterfront location. Quickly regretted that choice. Menu had a large selection of seafood options. Chose Lobster cakes, served with fries and coleslaw. Only tasted peppers and breading, not much lobster. Coleslaw was bland. They have a walk up counter to order carry out. I wanted to like this place but didnât have a nice enough experience to recommend.
