Opened 5/14/12, sister to MP Taverna in Roslyn
I originally had a not-so-great experience here, but having given it a few more times to redeem itself, it seems to have gotten itself together. We like the creativity that Chef Psilakis uses when putting his menu together. His meatballs appetizer, smothered in cracked olives is wonderful, as is the dips sampler. I love their lamb burger and their souvlaki kebabs are accompanied by delish smashed fries. I never had their desserts so I can't comment. Service can be slow, but I actually enjoy a slower paced meal than being rushed when I am eating out so I don't mind it. Their drinks, albeit pricey, are very well-executed.

Just read a previous review and our experience matches that one. My husband and I have been going to this restaurant for years, eating here every few months. The food has always been excellent with generous portions. Our dinner last night was no exception to that; however, the service was poor. We have not decided whether we will return after this experience. This was so disappointing. There's more to dinner than just food; service is equally important and this was certainly unacceptable on that score.

We had the spanakopita (spinach pie), taramosalata (fish roe dip with olive oil and bread), and pastitsio (macaroni, carrots, zucchini, eggplant, onions, scallions, and dill, inside a custard-like dough). It came with a Greek salad large enough to share. It had a terrific dressing that they actually bottle and sell there. It was really good.

We recently held our son & fiancéâs rehearsal dinner at Sixty5onMain and the event couldnât have been better! The original booking and follow up conversations were made through Cliff, the event coordinator, and the final preparations were coordinated through Dawn, the owner. We were very pleased with the level of communications and support provided throughout the planning and organizing process. Dawn did a great job leading up to the event to provide suggestions and relieve any anxiety we had about the event. On the day of the event Dawn was present the entire time, jumping in to help arrange tables and also ensuring everything went smoothing. This positive customer relationship was also reflected on the employees assigned to our dinner. They were all friendly, helpful, and prompt. Our bartender was amazing and had a fun welcoming personality! The food was delicious and the presentation top notch. We started with shared apps: roasted cauliflower-amazing (think of General Tso with cauliflower), calamari-cooked perfectly, and crispy drum sticks. Our Entrées were roasted salmon, chimichurri steak, and grilled chicken breast. All the guests loved the food and no one went hungry due to the ample portions available. Overall, we couldnât be more pleased with the success of the event. The price per person for the event was very reasonable, especially with the quantity and quality of food and the professionalism of Dawn and her staff. I highly recommend checking out Sixty5onMain if youâre looking for a beautiful venue with great food and service!

Meet the Business Owner: Miguel- Manuel - Established in 2013 Madeira, a beautiful Portuguese island and inspiration for the atmosphere of the newly opened Bistro 12 in Tarrytown. Life-long friends who have, at long last, created their dream restaurant. J
Had a wonderful dinner at Bistro 12. Small, intimate dining space with great seafood and meat dishes. Our table ordered the sardine appetizer and lobster bisque - both delicious and generous portions. For our main courses, we ordered the seafood risotto, seafood cappellini, veal chop and halibut with lemon beurre blanc. All were ample portions and well-prepared. The halibut was fabulous and the grilled veal chop was very tender and cooked to perfection! What a special place! Hope to return again!

This is a neighborhood gem on Broadway in Nyack (a very interesting little town, by the way). The food is universally wonderful. Ingredients and cooking are truly excellent for a moderately priced establishment. The general manager, Mike, is usually around and is very friendly and helpful. Check this place out.

Art Cafe's cuisine is inspired by the many coffee shops that you might find in the streets of Tel Aviv and Europe, with a mix of traditional Israeli recipes and some new creative flavors. Not only do we have a passion for great taste but we also focus on
We were looking for a lunch spot while traveling. Of course, I turned to Trip Advisor. This spot is just off the highway a bit; nice little drive through the scenic village of Nyack, NY.Parking is on the street so my be a bit of a challenge but we found a spot just a block away in the downtown area. Lots of cute shops to pass.It is metered parking. The cafe is small but they expand their area with outdoor seating under umbrelled tables.Enter to a host table and wait to be seated. Seating is at tables or we sat at a bench with cushions. They offer a lot of Middle Eastern themed dishes prepared for western taste. They offer a variety of interesting beverages including some alcoholic ones. I had pressed coffee (decaffeinated) and my table mate had yerba mate that was served in a pot. My pressed coffee was a good sized pot that got me several cups.We ordered the mezza plate so we could try a number of idshes. They offer appetizers, salads, sandwiches, breakfast items and a kids menu selection.I will say to be sure to not get seated next to the bathrooms. They had two talbes right at the bathroom door and I felt sorry for the people sitting there. I wouldn't have enjoyed all the extra traffic. They had a pastry counter and we serving a lot of to-go orders. We loved the food and our service was good. Prices were reasonable for the area.
