Our family ate here this past Thursday. As usual Chad and our server Patti were super friendly and attentive. Everyone enjoyed their choices. My only negative comment was that my mashed potatoes (came with the meatloaf) were somewhat cold. I didn't complain so that's on me. That being said I will return in the future as this is the first and only time that I wasn't completely satisfied.

Wing City Grille in Fredonia, NY is located just down the road from State University of New York at Fredonia. We are a casual dining restaurant with an awesome menu, gluten free options, the largest variety of wings and sauces ever (28 sauces to choose fr
This was not a good experience. The service was very slow, albeit friendly . Other than our party of seven and one other large party, most tables were a two or four top. My older nephew ordered the shrimp tacos, which were served ice cold. The server promised to have them remade. Half an hour later, the original plate was returned by one of the managers. Since when does it take that long to microwave anything? My younger nephew ordered the brisket sandwich, which was flavorless. My eggplant parm was okay, the wing orders were okay and the fish fry was the standout. We had coupons for "buy one entree, get one 50% off" for three checks and only two of the three were applied. After two hours, we finally had the checks settled and were able to leave. Never again. Not even worth it for the fish fry.

Tried it again. SLOW, SLOW service. Two hours for sandwiches. Wanted to walk out. Kids all fell asleep. Very frustrating. $200+ bill for disastrous pseudo meal.Food came out slow and staggered. Crazy. Frustrating Owner scowled. Next time, Fireside across the street. Better service and food. No attitude.

Met relatives for dinner. The shrimp and chicken dish was delicious and the others all agreed that their meals were very good. Restaurant is clean and comfortable. Waitress was very friendly and professional. Service was quick despite the place being crowded.

EBC West is a full service "gastro-pub" style restaurant offering locally brewed EBC beers not found at elsewhere in the area. Located in beautiful downtown Fredonia, our friendly and knowledgeable staff create a lively, comfortable atmosphere.
Sure, their beer is excellent but the food is enough of a reason to visit, as we discovered recently. The surprisingly good food quality and variety match EBC's beautiful back patio and its lush foliage and beautiful flowers. I enjoyed the black bean burger with fries and my wife had a great tasting full-plate salad. After lunch, we looked around inside, a handsomely appointed facility will accommodate diners and drinkers extremely well when the cooler weather arrives.
