We almost did not stop at this spot--the pics did not look appetizing. We ordered pizza with sausage and green peppers. It was so delicious. The pizza crust is about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. They have small and large pizza sizes. Unfortunately, no beer sold on premises.

We ate delicious Italian food for dinner at this local family owned restaurant. My husband had spaghetti and meatballs and I ordered eggplant parmesan. It was served hot and the service was friendly and efficient. Locals kept coming in to get pizza which smelled wonderful.

Our first impression was the pleasantness and promptness of all the waitresses. When our dinners arrived we were almost embarrassed at the size of the portions. What a delicious Italian dinner. We had Riggies, Lasagna, Chicken Parm, and stuffed shells. Each was better and bigger than the other. Hard to believe anyone can leave without a doggie bag. Can't wait to go back.

We were told that the restaurant was really good and checked the menu before we went and were looking forward to the eggplant. The first thing the waitress told us was that they no longer serve eggplant. The bread was very good but had too much butter on it. We ate the whole basket of bread, but I kept wiping the bread on my plate to get off some of the butter. We had the bean soup which was very tasty. It was big enough that we shared it. We also shared the stuffed shells.

While staying at the KOA, we had dinner here. The menu is way more than pizza & wings, and prepared on site. I would recommend the NY strip steak, it's huge and cooked to perfection. Our server was knowledgeable of the menu and very friendly. Prices are very reasonable, we'll be back!Thank you for visiting Miners Table during your stay at the Herkimer Diamond KOA Resort!
