Been coming to the Odyssey for quite some time now. Never been disappointed. The food is always most plentiful, hot, and very tasty. And the prices are great.Everyday specials include soup and salad for very reasonable prices.Wednesday is lamb shank Wednesday. 2 big sized lamb shanks with lots of meat.Stuffed salmon with crab meat is also a favorite. The wife loves the lemon artichoke chicken w/ capers over a huge bed of angel hair pasta.Dont forget to leave room for the cheesecake. Always fresh and to die for.

Stopped for lunch, I knew the place was there among the several other ethnic restaurants in the mall but the scaffolding obscures the entrance. It was open. There are the usual gyro selections, but there are other Greek entrees and desserts on the menu from which to choose. The gyro was huge and filled with more meat than vegetables and it was moist not dried out; like some I've encountered at other places.

Traveling through and noticed the full parking lot. Very efficiently run - got seated quickly. Many people were greeted by the host and cashier by name and welcomed back. I noticed a local law enforcement officer stop in to order (and pay!) for his take-out dinner. The usual diversity on the menu. Good size portion - I took half my meal home. Soups are excellent! Kids menu was a full page with photos and a description of each choice.

Sotano Food & Wine is a restaurant providing dine-in, carry out and catering services to the Fishkill, NY area. Languages: English, Spanish
Last evening, my wife and I made a wonderful new discovery in Fishkill, New York that added a very special touch to our anniversary celebration. Opened in June of this year, Sotano is situated in a charming building on Main Street, with ample parking in back. The décor in the dining room was clearly the result of careful consideration especially for the color coordination, and an intimate bar, expertly staffed by a delightful young lady with an amazing name â youâll have to ask her yourself! â provided the perfect spot to linger over our after dinner drinks.Chef Patricio, who is also the owner, made it a point to greet every one of his guests. He is a very approachable person. His culinary creations are exciting and are well matched with a carefully selected wine list, which includes an excellent Albarino. We started with the calamari, prepared with a chickpea-infused coating. The flavor coming from the chickpeas was subtle and perfectly balanced the calamari. The Albarino was a perfect match for this appetizer. For our main meal, my wife had steak, perfectly cooked to order. I selected the scallops with risotto and a superb lobster butter sauce. The sauce made the scallops come alive in my mouth which is a very rare treat indeed. Our servers, Dylan and Heaven (yes, that is her name!) were very professional but low key, keeping a watchful eye on the progress of our meal and the level of our wine glasses. Chef Patricio is planning some very interesting additions to the menu, and I would encourage you to engage him in conversation about these. You will not be disappointed having a meal at Sotano, and I strongly recommend reservations be made for the dinner period.
