We were on our way to the Erie County Fair in Buffalo and were hungry. My wife wanted pizza so we got off at Corning NY and put food into our GPS and this place popped up. It was outstanding. The pizza was terrific and was what we needed. We both said we would go there again in a heartbeat. We get crap Pizza back in Maryland so it was a nice change to sink into something this good.

Good if you are on a budget. Had the Texas hot and didn't care for the chili. Sorry just not my taste.
This bar (known by the locals simply as "T.O.P") has been around for a very long time, recently changed owners and underwent a cosmetic facelift. Unfortunately along with the cosmetic changes, the prices went up measurably, the food and drinks didn't improve, and the couple times I've been there it's been pretty empty and boring. Corning's Gaffer District has an impressive variety of bars/restaurants considering how small the town is, virtually all of which are better than T.O.P. for one or more reasons.

It's Subway, they are everywhere and usually very clean and consistent in this area. They (the one on Market Street) didn't offer the Februany deal that was advertised, but otherwise there's three or four Subways in Corning and I'd suggest the one near Fastrak over the WalMart and Market Street ones, just because you tend to get less of a crowd there.
