And celebrate we did! Drinks, especially the wonderful choices of Belgian beers are terrific. I always enjoy the mussels here at Waterzooi along with the required pomme frites . Any sauce you choose for the mussels is fantastic but I enjoy the Pernod. Service is good, portions are good size. Remember to realize that this restaurant Iâd usually noisy but lots of fun.

Marina is awesome. Great food. Great beir garden. Love the music. Beer hall restaurant. Love this time of year as it gives me an excuse to drink lots of beer. Did I say the pretzel is freakin amazing? Krombacher hell beer is a an all time fave Love this place

Absolutely fantastic food. Eggplant meatballs so flavorful and soft- a revelation. Clever delicious salads. Delicious Parmesan cheese and garlic spread w toast on the table at all times. HUGE veal chop. Moist delicious fish. Dessert tray to die for- 5 kinda of tartufo. Wow!

Not all flame broiled seared meats are the same and this restaurant proves it to the gourmet exclamation mark!!!A true foodies travel destination right off Herricks Blvd where you turn off from Old Country road ends, pass the underpass, look for the colorful roosters right in front! YUm! Their meats are well seasoned, not salty like some other places I've been to. Here you can actually taste the wonderful cuts of meat whether you like them medium rare, medium or to some others who like it cooked a bit longer. For each, whatever floats your boat! It's all GREAT!My suggestion is to go for the AYCE with meats like short ribs, skirt steaks, bacon wrapped turkey chunks, pork ribs, chicken drumsticks, sirloin steaks, pork...you get the idea!House salad, olives, & bread is dropped off at your table so dor those who just can't wait, don't want to order appetizers or just starving(soon you won't be),go right ahead. Rice, potato croquettes, collard greens & broccoli/carrots/stringbeans are brought to your delightfully crowded table. Remember to eat your veggies. Not a date night romantic restaurant but a hearty cozy comfort eating establishment to wear your eating clothes(you know what I mean). So worth it for $33.95 per person. Wife not a carnivorous eater so she had seafood instead. Hey they should do one that's all seafood with it brought out to you in skewers/double swords:-)haha hint hint. Oh well, a foodie can dream too! Happy eating and I'll see you around the tables! The way people are coming in droves to this restaurant they well be around the tables, haha! DELISH!!!
