Organic vegan and Cafe & Juice Bar.
You would think that there would be plenty of vegetarian food options throughout the Hudson Valley. That is not the case, but for a really special vegetarian meal look no further. The whole menu is vegetarian, if not vegan, and the choices are delicious. I had the Indian enchilada, with spiced lentils, veggies and a tomato cream sauce. It was excellent, as was the apple salad that came with it. My husband enjoyed his tofu and polenta as well. We ate in the garden, and the atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. So many choices -- we would eat here again in a heartbeat.

While visiting friends in Woodstock we ambled over to this localsâ favorite spot for brunch. The place was bustling but luckily no wait for a table. This bright, colorful eatery has spot on service with a smile! Lots of tantalizing selections to tempt any palette. I am not always up for eggs, (though everyoneâs look delicious) so ordered a variety of veggie sides to go with my homemade corned beef hash. Potatoes hash browned, (chilled) roasted beets, sautéed mushrooms, and spinach were all excellent made with freshest ingredients. I was delighted with my meal accompanied by a great cup of coffee. This is everything a terrific brunch destination should be !! Love it and will return when in the area.

SO, obviously The Mud Club has wood fired bagels. But, they'll also serve you a vegan scone that's to die for. Plus, they have both oat milk and almond milk for coffee or tea. Also, they have juice form Juice Press that's shipped over night. So, if you're craving a cold pressed organic juice then look no further. What a lovely place to start the day!

The people don't seem to care about anyone they don't know, the food is about as plain as it could be, they have some elaborate dishes, but they just don't seem to do anything well. If they could even get someone behind the counter to smile and say hello rather than looking the other way and saying, "yes?".
