Had the lobster Cobb salad. But into significant pieces of lobster shell and bone at least 4 times. Sent half of it back. Owners response was âwhat do you expect itâs lobster.â Didnât apologize or ask if I wanted anything else. Handled it poorly. Rest of food was OK - nothing great.

Loved the French toast much and desserts. My hubby ordered sweet potato fries and my gf ordered waffles , but it was already cold. So immediately spoke to the Manager and immediately he took action and replaced it. Appreciate that he himself served it to us. This is why Iâm only giving it a 4 star.We're sorry to hear that your visit was not off to the best start, Andrea! Terrible food, terrible music, and those awfully steep stairs...Yikes! If you can manage over those cobble stones in your heels (it is a lounge), congratulations! After a few drinks, goodness gracious, those stairs could be dangerous. Beware! Don't get me wrong, I adore the old world charm of cobble stones but a walkable path for the high heeled isn't too much to ask. Okay, so, you've managed to make it inside. I must comment on the decor. It's uber classy. The bartender did pour drinks well and kept all the orders in order. That's it. Chalet does not have the whole package. Without good food, what's a restaurant? Without decent music, what's a lounge?

This place really captures all the things I look for in a restaurant: ambiance, great service, killer drinks and outrageously good food. It was a bunch couples and we ordered a lot of different dishes. The quality was consistent across the board. We'll definitely be going back!!
