A friendly welcome, delicious food, and reasonable prices in a comfortable setting, best describe this recent addition to Rockland County dining. Repeated visits to IL Ponte have proven this to be the case. Host Franco is a very gracious man who insures that everyone at your table enjoys their meal and comes away smiling. Some of the many dishes served here include the arugula pear salad, a crispy cauliflower appetizer with tahini sauce, a perfectly presented bronzino and a mouth watering rack of lamb. This truly is comfortable dining with fine food.

Beautiful restaurant, spacious inside and an outside terrace for al fresco dining. Evidently this restaurant is very popular, which unfortunately means it can be very noisy. The food was good quality, especially the fish. Waiting staff very attentive, but more importantly not overly fussy AND most unusually, our waiter stressed that we (a group of ladies) could dine at our own leisurely pace, no rush between courses and plenty of time to deliberate over a fine menu, and catch up on the gossip ;-). This restaurant is well managed, a progressive menu, ambient atmosphere and I would definitely return. Thanks for the kind words. We appreciate you dropping by and eating with us. Glad that you enjoyed our high quality seafood. Come back and see us again soon!Till next time,Varka

For years, I've the typical person to dine at the same places and order the same meal so as to to be disappointed. Lately, started to experience new & different ethnic flavors and dining at Greek City certainly was a hit. Pleasant, modern decor and service was outstanding. Had the lamb special. Meat fell off the bone, vegetables flavorful and the dish had that "comfort food" appeal. Brought and enjoyed a nice bottle of wine and pleasantly surprised by the dessert treat at the end of the meal. Definitely will visit again.
