Beso is an awesome Tapas/Spain Menu influenced Restaurant located right in CBD area of Staten Island. It should not come as a surprise to those of you looking for something different. Beso raises the Bar. Featuring a Tapas Menu that’s full on, you can base your dining experience just on that alone or you can order off the menu.We chose their Ceviche and Mussels Tapas. Wow, delicious and balanced together. Then followed it up with Veal Porcini which was decadent and the wife had a Catalan Tuna with sautéed spinach, very well done.I strongly suggest Beso...it’s a romantic dining place. Thanks Tripsters,Chef Edwin Good Food... Once upon a time, a couple was vacationing on Staten Island. The couple researched the local restaurants and decided that they wanted to try something different. The husband was pleased to see that he could make a reservation for Incas's Grill through OpenTable and did so. On the day before the reservation, he received text message asking if the couple was still interested in dining at Incas's Grill. The husband responded affirmatively and received a confirmation text. He also received a confirmation email. The couple were really looking forward to their dining experience at Incas's. Finding a parking space was challenging and took some time but the couple finally found a spot a mere 5 minute walk from Inca's. Eagerly anticipating dinner, they walked into Inca's. The first staff member they encountered was not able to locate their reservation. She turned to another staff member who had the same problem. While the husband of the couple prepared to show the email confirming the reservation, another staff member appeared and, for a moment, it looked like the day had been saved and the couple would enjoy a nice meal at Inca's. He drew up a table and chairs for the couple, asked if this was their first time at Inca's, and mentioned some of the drinks that were available. Then he left. Perhaps, he assumed that one of the servers or greeters would pick up where he left off. The couple waited, and waited, and waited, and then waited some more. Fifteen minutes went by and nothing: no menus, no servers, no glasses of water, no drinks, nada! The couple, tired of waiting, finally got up and left Inca's and had a nice dinner elsewhere on the Island. That was our total experience with Inca's: No acknowledgment of the reservation we had made online and a total ignoring of our presence after we had been seated. Again, our suspicion is that the gentleman who seated us assumed that his staff would follow up while his staff made the opposite assumption. In any case, it seemed as though a cloak of invisibility descended upon us after we were seated. Obviously, we will not be returning to Inca's Grill anytime soon.

We had heard of this location for some time and set out to experience it for ourselves on a Tuesday evening. It was still too cool for Spring and we chose to dine inside. However, there were several couples dining outside. They do have an extensive menu. We chose to sample their Guacamole with some chips as a starter. The Guacamole was fresh, tasty and to our liking. The chips come out warm, which is nice. We enjoyed the Flechas with Chicken and the Flautas Maroma with Beef. Both were freshly prepared and came to the table with Rice and Beans. We shared and were both impressed with each dish. The only two issues I can note are: their Cadillac Margarita which is made with better tequila and Grand Marnier did not impress me at all. I have certainly had house margaritas elsewhere that put this high priced cocktail to shame. Parking here is a challenge. They share a strip mall with too many other businesses that all require ample parking. Cars are usually double or triple parked. We knew this in advance and parked on a nearby side street. The short walk was nice. Outstanding food that I would return for, but I don't know about ordering cocktails.
