Absolutely love George's. We usually have only gone for Breakfast or Lunch, but the portions are always large, and the prices reasonable.Wonderful staff of waitresses always welcoming, and make it almost a "cheers" like atmosphere.Nothing fancy about the atmosphere, typical old style diner type look. And the food is wonderful!

Has been around for years. One waitress has been there forever and is a delight. The food is fine; meat loaf and burger type fare. Nothing truly spectacular. Remember it's a luncheonette and as such it serves a purpose to provided plain food done nicely and inexpensively.

Ordered mushroom and Swiss omelette. Was terrible! How do you mess up eggs. Just ask them. The mushrooms were canned and eggs cooked to oblivion. The toast had margarine on it, gag! The hash browns inedible. Then the coffee is old and the waiter charged us for a bread basket. The only good thing is this complimentary pasta salad they put out before they take your order.
