Delicious! We showed up for lunch before heading off to Revolution Rail (see my review) and everyone loved their fresh and tasty sandwiches, made to order, top of the line ingredients. The staff was awesome too. Helpful suggestions, friendly atmosphere. We also picked up jams and small pottery to give as gifts to family and friends. Prices are very reasonable for food and gifts too. Highly recommend.

My family has been to many Stewart's shops throughout New York State; from the Crescent location to Tupper Lake and received excellent service. The North Creek Stewart's associates are the worst bar none. You will stand on line for at least 10 minutes no matter if they are packed or not. They staff this location with 1 associate to man three registers while two associates are walking around the store aimlessly, if they are not standing in front of the store having a "smoke break." I visited the Indian Lake location over this past weekend; it was elbow to elbow packed with customers and I was in and out of that store in less than 5 minutes including shopping, checkout and even got a double dipped cone. On Friday, August 10 my son and I visited the North Creek location to gas up before heading out to camp. My son wanted an ice cream cone and he brought his chihuahua with him. He got one foot in the door when an associate yelled across the store "Is that a service dog?" My son responded "No." The associate yelled back across the store "Then you can't have it in here."My 10 y/o came back out of the store very sad. I asked him what happened and he told me. As I have stated above, we frequent Stewart's Shops all over the state and have never had this experience at any of the other locations. I do not know what Stewart's policy is, but clearly, I would hope it is not to shout at children coming in the door. As my son said 'She could have waited until I got to the register to tell me, Instead of embarrassing me. That was really embarrassing.' - Needless to say he did not get his cone from this Stewart's.
