My family frequently visits Klimek's Tavern for many years and since recently moving back into the area, have been back their twice and their wings and pizza rolls are worth the trip! Their wings are traditional Buffalo Wings and are fresh with real blue cheese dressing - not the prepackaged stuff others serve.

I liked the ambiance; it was cozy, clean and pleasant. The food was excellent. They had a little of everything on the buffet. Everyone was amicable, professional and pleasant. I was sitting close by to a fountain that made the whole ambiance more relaxing and nice to be in. I will visit this place a lot more often.

Met friends here for lunch--had never been here before, and weren't expecting much, since it's a "golf course restaurant." We were pleasantly surprised. They have a varied menu, the portions are extremely generous, the prices reasonable, and the service absolutely fantastic! (not only did our waitress come right away, but the bartender "helps out" when things get a little busy, so we had two servers giving us "first class" attention! )

Dinner with my mom, nephew and wife. Early saturday evening. Lots of tv's on with NCAA basketball. Bar area was hoping.Dining area was plenty busy. Service was decent.Food was good quantity and nice quality. Nephew had the lobster roll with fries. Nice taste.Mom had broiled fish, she has ordered that often. Enjoyed it. The broccoli side was like one huge piece of broccoli, kind of odd.Wife has the salmon salad and enjoyed it. Salmon was cooked properly.I had beef on weck, plenty of beef. Fries were a large order and very good. Ordered a side of wings, not real exciting there.Drinks were good.Mom has come here often and really likes it. Good parking. Easy access

Great place to have a beer but the food is just okay. We tried the Seabass and St Louis Ribs. Food was good but kinda expensive. Good atmosphere and service was alright.

We were a group of 9 people having a reunion. I was very much looking forward to wings. Oh how sad. We all ordered wings. They were dry, overcooked and tasteless.I guess they were hoping to sell lots of beer to wash them down. Maybe the worst wings I have ever had. Told our server and he said he would let the cook know. No compensation. Do yourself a favour and don't patronize this place.

This place has great potential. Itâs a nice up and coming place in a town whose restaurant scene continues to improve amongst such unique staples as the Remington Tavern and Prescottâs Provisions. Itâs nice on the eyes, very clean bathrooms (which you know says a lot about the kitchen), and the service is pretty prompt and attentive. When it comes to the food however, thereâs a couple of things that need tweaking. The menu prices are somewhat on the high side for what youâre actually receiving. My colleagues were happy with their caprese salad and stuffed pepper dip. I ordered a beet salad that had very few small pieces of beets, came over iceberg lettuce - a lot of it, and had goat cheese and a super awesome citrus vinaigrette. It was unexpectedly tasty, but Iâd consider nixing the iceberg, cut the darn beets a little more substantially, and put it over arugula. Plus the pecans were missing. For an eleven dollar salad, a little more could be done to justify the price tag.I had the chicken Oscar for an entree, and the size was pretty impressive. Nice big chicken breast pounded, sauteed, and perfectly - and I mean perfectly - grilled asparagus. But then it gets weird. The rice was clearly boxed, think a la Uncle Benâs. The crab meat was out of a can and shredded, no lumps to be had. So for a 26 dollar entree, it was satisfying and tasty, but not a fan of the corner-cutting. Just saying. The menu selections and specials are pretty extensive and youâll leave there full, no doubt. But a little more attention to detail on the menu items, just a notch higher quality, and one could easily take this place from good to great. Weâll probably go back because of convenience of location, but were the food to go any further downhill, that would be the last time. Hope this helps. Test it out for yourself in case I seem too critical, as unless a place is serving up death by botulism, my mom always said donât otherwise knock it til you try it.

Located along the Niagara River where the Erie Canal meets the river. Not directly on water but across the street.
We tried it 3 different times. The so called homemade recipe[e spaghetti was watery and lacked any substance to the sauce. The "great fish fry" was also poor. In the dining room, the tables are so close together that every time one server walked by, she continually bumped our table, if not us. Not one simple excuse me. The door to the kitchen was open and it looked kind of nasty back there. After 3 tries, we gave up. I would say go elsewhere.
