Their pizza is not exactly your tradition pizzeria pie, but it is fantastic. A crispier, buttery crust that reminds me of a deep dish without the thickness. I recommend ordering a meatball/pepperoni pie with extra sauce (or as they call it "juicy") Add a house salad with their amazing garlicky creamy Italian dressing. Incredible combo.

We really enjoy veal and there are not too many restaurants that offer it. The veal here was excellent. Large portions. The garlic rolls are the best, served warm from the oven. The ricotta cheesecake tasted like grandma used to make.
It is now Buona Fortunate and their pizza is every bit as good except Bucci's used to put sesame seeds in their crust and that was delicious. Nothing fancy about the decor here but customers eating at tables looked to be enjoying their meal. Mon-Tue a large cheese pizza and 6 garlic knots for $10.

When in Patchogue always looking for a great hoagie. Tried the Italian at Delfiore and it was very, very, good - loaded with lots of meats and cheese and the bread was very fresh. They didn't have a Caprese hoagie on their menu but I described what I wanted and they created it for me. I wish I knew the name of the young man that helped me (tall muscular fair and light-haired very friendly) but the owner wad there and he was just as charming as he could be. He make a mean fresh buffalo mozzarella. We'll be back when we're in Patchogue again.

The pizza here is excellent and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Was there recently and saw a slice with some eggplant (which we liked) but the eggplant was not prepared as we would have liked - the gentleman behind the counter was quick to point out they could make a pie exactly as we wanted. We ordered one, as well as a few other pies, and they were all delicious! Definitely recommend!

Very good pizza everytime we go there....they are very consistent. We have also had very good hero's (Chicken Parm, Meatball parm, etc). We have never been disappointed and have been eating there for over 10 years.

This is my 2nd review of Gia's, the 1st written a few years ago. The reason for an updated review is my disappointment in all my visits since. Note: this is for the pizza side only. Saturday afternoon, 4pm. I was a few miles away and my daughter wanted pizza. Upon entering, the counter was pretty bare, and anything resembling pizza was burnt looking and old. It's nice to see the same miserable faces behind the counter. They don't smile or pay attention to you for longer than the few seconds it takes to take your order. They put the pizza in the oven and move on to the next person. Every. Single. Time. I have to ask them to take my food out. If I don't, it gets overcooked, crust burnt. They never give a receipt nor are there signs anywhere telling you how much anything is. Chicken bacon ranch slice? I think he called it? Old, hard chicken, cheddar cheese? And no ranch anywhere. Threw most of it out. The pepperoni pinwheel is always good. And the regular slice was ok. There were no knives or napkins in the dispensers. The garbage was full. The tables and floors were absolutely disgusting. I just stood there waiting for the young girl at the door to stop looking at us and get someone to wipe down a table. She finally looked annoyed enough and did it herself. I wish I could say that it was a one time deal, but the past few times we drove out of our way, it's just been bad. I'm disappointed. I used to love going here. What happened Gia's?

Super solid regular pizza pie. The pizza has the best taste that I've ever had. I grew up in Nassaul, live in Suffolk and work in NYC and have eaten pizza all over. Trust me this won't let you down. Get it well done with sesame sedds. Also try the Grandma pie for pizza and the wings and baked clams are crazy good. This is my favorite pizza place.
great pizza for take out or delivery. working over a friends house he ordered some , awesome crust great sauce and cheese plus the gluten free ones are good

Well, we won't return that's for sure. We are very discriminating. On the plus side, the very pleasant, friendly, helpful owner and attentive staff are great. The service is very good. The ambience is like an old-fashioned, inexpensive pizza parlor with tables with traditional, red, checked tablecloths. It is not romantic, though it is a clean, bright, airy space. They are open daily, a boon, as some of the best restaurants in Bellport have limited winter hours now. There is a lot of free parking on the street. The prices are fair. On the negative side, the food is just not that good, except for the delicious, warm bread sticks, which were excellent. The salad is mainly iceberg lettuce with very few other ingredients. One is supposed to use the oil and vinegar on the table, no other salad dressings were offered. The shrimp parmesan was not too good, not many shrimp, with a very thin, non-spicy tomato sauce. The spaghetti was just okay. The desserts were frozen and just okay after they had thawed. All in all. we suggest that you go elsewhere for a truly good meal.
